Yet again another bad review for Diviney HVAC. Just like the other reviews beware of Chris D******. Gave us a quote for $6k to install a NEW 2.5ton split system unit. Gave $3k up front and after multiple delays he installed a USED 2018 3ton condenser and only replaced coils in the air handler. After installation he did NOT notify us of the difference in material that was quoted and wanted immediate payment. At first was willing to work with him related to delays in material. However it was quickly discovered the material he installed was not working properly. Immediately we requested for him to come get his USED material in return for our deposit. At this point he stated it was on his timeframe to pick up material since he was "out of town". Communication stopped via phone and text. Reached out via social media and it was blatantly clear he was not going to fulfill his agreement. Stated "we had the unit he has the money" and if I further contacted him legal actions would be pressed and than blocked me! As all his other responses he has an excuse for everything. Legal action will be taken on our part and social media will be notified of the type of "business owner" he is.Review from Tommy B

Diviney HVAC will talk you out of your money, then doesn't complete the work. Beware he is a scam man. He talks about God and his kids to get you to believe in him-neither of which He is very familiar with I'm told. He has criminal and civil judgements against him in Dickson County, TN. Don't be misled by him as I was.
