I ordered a Vacuum as a Christmas present, the recipient many months down the road expressed that she'd like to use a crevice cleaner but there wasn't one in the box. I was amazed. I knew that the vacuum had a one-year warranty, and I kept the receipt. I contacted the support center and was advised to check everywhere in the box in Styrofoam and we did. We further had to take pictures to prove no hose or accessory was included. This conversation went back and forth for quite some time and eventually I was told that I would have to purchase the kit and they would cover shipping. WOW. So, to complete the gift I called and ordered as instructed but what I received was the end pieces NO HOSE no crevice cleaner. Again, I had to show pictures and prove it wasn't received only to be told I had to order a hose and crevice cleaner. I've worked in customer service, and this is terrible. Management should be informed, bite the bullet and take care of this situation - I am left to return what I got in error and pay for the correct hose and crevice cleaner and await a credit back for what I was charged and returned today. I'm not impressed at all with the lack of understanding. I realize the support people on the phone don't have the authority to write off and send what is missing but their management should be informed on this. I would like a refund but that is yet to be seen. Beware folks.Review from Karen M.

Bought Vacuum , used it for a short time and have sent it for service 3 times only to have it returned and problem still the same doesn't suck up stuff from the floor, light don't work. I'm putting it in it's box and will gladly return it to them would advise people not to purchase this vacuum because when it doesn't work and you send in to fix it they clean it off and send it back NOT fixed.

Customer has had unit for over a year and yes there was some issues that we had fixed as per the warranty. We have offered to send the customer a label to have unit shipped back and at that point we could send her a like new unit in it's place. We have tried pleasing the customer however they have gone way past the 30 day money back guarantee.
