    I purchased 5 year Pinnacle warranties for repairs/damages on two go karts all of this purchased from wholesale atv ******* **. I called and asked for the warranty information needed in order to file a claim for the go karts and they never sent the info. I tried multiple times calling and no way to get through and now they are permanently closed. The insurance costs over $1000 and I am left with broken go karts that should be repaired with this insurance.

    1/24/23 ordered online a Kinroad 150 GK Go cart for $2,550.00.Have emailed &called many times- get answering machine. No return calls. Only 2 emails returned 1st one gave bogas tracking #, 2nd email said you should have received your item. They have been paid, but I have not received items and no responses or contacts. Found Several bad reviews of the same and saying they are a scam. Some have been waiting 6 months or more. I want my money returned or item that was ordered immediately as it was for my Grandsons birthday present! Very Disappointed.

    I purchased a 49cc gas scooter on October 15, 2022. When it arrived a few weeks later, the product was the wrong color and was damaged. The driver of the delivery company suggested that I refuse delivery and call Wholesale ATV to report the return. I called to report the return acknowledging the fact that the wrong scooter was delivered and it was damaged. I followed up with an email on 11/18/22 since I had yet to hear anything back from a "supervisor". There was no response to my email. I called again in December. This time I told them I do not want another scooter, I just want my money refunded as customer service is poor. The representative said she will pass my case to a supervisor. I called again in January. The representative said she would escalate my case to the supervisor and that I would be receiving a call back. I have yet to receive a call back. I tried calling Monday, 2/13/23 and there were "no representatives available to take my call". I got the same message when I called Tuesday, 2/14 and today 2/16. The company has my money, but I do not have a product. I just want my money refunded. I should have done my homework and researched the company beforehand. I would have seen how many horrible reviews the "scam" company had. My order number is *****. My total was $1,744.95.

    This company has charged me and have been paid by Affirm $2,907.83 for merchandise I never received or actually even ordered. Every time I call the customer service number the message says there's no agents available. I have left multiple messages and no one ever return my calls.

    I place an order with this company January 28,2023 and have not received my order or any information regarding my order since. I call the shipping company and they stated the tracking number assigned is invalid. I called this company numerous times sent emails with no response. Im attaching the receipt and the tracking information give to me on the site.
