I recently made a review, which simply told of my experience with ***** at **** which took all of 1 minute, his response was full of lies and made up accusations, 1, I never did a credit application, Credit Acceptance is a secondary lending company that I would never use since I have an almost 800 credit score 2. I have been very well gainfully employed for over 40 years.I will be sending your lying response to BBB, hopefully to end your dishonest lies and business practices 3. You claim to have a mechanic, I observed a guy with some tools, obviously not licensed under a car, jacked up with children and a lady sitting in the car. ***** stop lying and admit that you are crooked, getting over on people in that area, that can't afford or just don't know any better. I merely stopped to look at the car on my free time, and when the obvious flaws were stated, your unprofessional attitude came out, I will be sending pictures as well to back up my claimReview from Erica W

We, Max **** Sales treat all of our customers with nothing but respect and all we're seeking is to provide a good service.
I don't know no one with a name of "***************************" so I putted in our customers list and nothing pop out!!
I wish instead the hate speech and being super racist with your real name, tell us about "a bad experience" (if you had & if you didn't mixed us with another place) that I'll be able to address it!Review from DAngelo C

This company is horrible. They are scam artist. I purchased a vehicle this pass fall and was never behind on a payment until I lost my job late November. I have a money order to catch up early December then for new years I paid the whole month to be current. Last night my car was repossessed and when I called the lot they ignored my phone calls. Then I went to the lot and he told me I was behind 3 payments and I know that I wasnt behind. They are keeping my belongings hostage and will not tell me the recovery towing place of where the car was but they are asking me for a key. They police told me I dont have to surrender the key if they have my personal belongings but the car company is threatening me on at least a month until I get my belongings. My wallet, tags for my other vehicle and other things are in that car. I just want to go to the repo lot and get my belongings and I will surrender the key. I dont feel comfortable enough to jump and give them a key and all my things are in that car. I just want to get my things and be done with this place. Recently I also found out that my car has a branded title so the manufacturer of the car wont even change the oil.Max Auto Sales LLC Response

The car he got from ** got repossessed due to being behind on his payments. It took the repo company 24 hours to bring the car here and as soon as they brought the car I called him to he gets his stuff from the car which he already got it on yesterday (1.11.2023)The contract than we agreed on was with $3,000 Deposit and $245 every 15 days (on 2nd & 16th of each month) for 48 months, (first payment was due on 9.16.22)For the deposit we agreed to give him $100 credit because the windshield had crack , and the rest which it was $2,900 as far as he didn't have the whole amount we agreed to he paid $2,100 on the delivery date(8.16.22) which he did made it, and for the remaining of $800 he told us he'll be here on 9.2.22 to make the rest. Now I'll write down for each time he came here and made payment and what payment covers for.1.on 8.27.22 he made $316 to cover some portion of his deposit(after this payment his remaining balance of deposit reduced to $484.)2.on 9.8.22 he made $485. $484 covers his remaining balance deposit & $1 credited for his first payment which was due on 9.16.22 3.on 10.6.22 he made $535 which was $35 for the late fee charge of 9.16.22+$244 remaining payment 9.16.22 + $245 whole payment 10.2.22 + $11 credited for payment 10.16.22 4.on 10.19.22 he made $225 which credit for payment 10.16.22 5.on 12.1.22 he made $200 which $70 covers his late fee charges (for11.2.22&11.16.22 - $35 each) + $9 remaining balance 10.16.22+ $121 credit for payment 11.2.22 6.on 12.30.22 he made $450 which $35 was late fee charge for 12.2.22 + $124 remaining payment 11.2.22 + $245 payment 11.16.22 + $49 credited for 12.2.22 On the date the car got repossessed (1.9.23) he was behind $196 of the remaining balance 12.2.22 + $245payment 12.16.22 + $35 late fee 12.16.22 + $245 payment 1.2.23 + $35 late fee 1.2.23 in total of $756.00 Regarding the title then it is a rebuilt title he has been told and agreed on and he's been signed the "declaration of rebuilt title". All of these , I've been trying to tell him but when he came here 1.10.22 he was just keep yelling and cursing & he wouldn't want to listen to me at all which I ended up to call 911 and the second time on 1.11.2023 which he came here to get his stuff from the car he was calm but his sister came with ********* this time she was the one who yelling and cursing & even talking racist to me.I've called and emailed him several times before his car got repossessed but he's been giving us a promised date that he wouldn't come.We have a system where each payment we collect has records in 3 different places.I've checked all 3 records but they all match together.Still if he thinks he made more payments than what I mentioned I'll be more than happy to take a look at it.Max Auto Sales LLC Response
