    I am writing to share my recent experience at your salon on November ******, where I came in at 6:57 AM for a Senegalese twist hairstyle.Upon arrival, I was directed to sit in the second-to-last chair on the right side. I noticed two hairstylists at work: one in a yellow dress who started on the front of my head, and another in a blue and purple dress. The first twist was completed by 7:50 AM. As I understand it, you can review the footage from that day to verify this timeline.I spent approximately five hours in your salon, leaving around noon. During this time, both stylists left to work on other customers hairstyles without any explanation, leaving me in the chair. This lack of communication was quite frustrating. Additionally, I expected a high-quality finish given the duration and simplicity of the style. Unfortunately, my parts are not straight, and the twists at the top of my head are thinner than anticipated.Overall, my experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I believe there is great room for improvement in both communication and service quality. *** ****** *******************

    To whom it may concern, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. Please note that *** is a returning customer and knows how our salon operates. She came in and advised the style, length and size she preferred. Two stylists began working on her hair, one in the front and the other in the back. They gave her a mirror during the whole process for her to advise if the size, length and parts were to her satisfaction, "she advised "yes and that it was satisfactory."  When she was done, she was asked again to look in the mirror and advised she was happy with the outcome. When she left the shop. she proceeded to post a negative review on ********. When we saw it, we reached out as we have an open-door policy, but *** did not want a resolution.She did not want to return for us to see in person what she claims was done incorrectly. I would like to say that the style shes got will be kept for 2 months before being redone. If you need further information, You can reach me at ******************* or ************.
