  We moved into our new home August 19, 2022. After moving in, we learned that the grass that was put down by the builder had sit on the street for a week without any water. The grass was dead when it was put down and no amount of watering that we tried was able to revive the grass. ********* with two representatives named ****** and ****** who assured us that the grass would be replaced this Spring. As of today it has not been replaced and each time we contact them they tell us that it will be replaced in a week to two weeks but as of today, it has still not been replaced and our yard is full of weeds and there is flooding from anytime there is a significant amount of rain in the yard to the point that nothing will grow there. I have provided pictures as to how bad it looks. The phone number provided on the builders website does not work and one of the persons that was assisting us is no longer at there at that particular office and the person that took over for him has not reached out to us to resolve the issue.

  I am rejecting this response because: I am reaching out to you in reference to the above complaint for Astore Fine builders, LLC. I submitted a complaint which was sent to the business and the responded with information that is just not true. They said that all issues had been addressed and they have not I am including photos that just took today to show that the problem has not been corrected and for them to say that it was is immoral and unethical in so many ways. This is what we have been dealing with since last August. Having them the builder telling us it will be taken care of and it has not not. They actually promised that by the end of this week, the situation would be taken care of and as of today it has not.
