            On July 8, 2024 my vehicle was towed in for service. When I was made aware of the issue with the alternator, I requested that the alternator being removed remain at the location for me to pick up. I made the receptionist aware that due to this being a new part, I was going to return it to Autozone for a full refund. She stated she notated and made the employees aware. She also stated that the owner was made aware as well. When I picked up my vehicle, the alternator was not there and the owner stated he would track it down. I have called almost daily and constantly I am given the run around. I have been quite patient in regards to this matter. I have reached a point of frustration now. When I picked up my vehicle it had been driven and I ran out of gas pulling onto the street from their lot. Not only was that a frustration but parts had been taken from my vehicles storage compartment as well. Yet all I am asking for is my alternator so that I can receive compensation for an almost $600.00 part. I need resolution and not to be lied to consistently without regard to their error. I have spoken with others at the shop and each time I am told they will speak with the manager and call me back. That has not happened as well as I have called and no one will answer.
