I went to Check into the Hotel on 7/4/24 and My Credit Card was Charged for a Room Fee. Then I was told my Credit Card Declined for the Room Deposit. I then went and got a **** Debit Card that was Charged $100 immediately on 7/4/24. It was only supposed to hold a temporary Deposit. I was then Charged another $100 on my Credit Card 7/5/24. Then on 7/8/24 I was charged another $100 on my Credit Card which was then Declined. The Hotel said they needed to Refund my Debit Card onto my Credit Card. At this Point I locked my Credit Card. I Questioned the Hotel and they said if I unlocked my Credit Card they would Credit me $200. Then on 7/10/24 the ************* me Another $100. I called the **************** and they had no Concern for Either of my Card Numbers to try and Straighten the Matter Out. At this Point I called ************************ They had no Record of my Card being Declined on 7/4/24. I had 3 Separate $100 Charges on the Date Listed and Confirmed. I have a $100 pending refund from the Hotel on My Credit Card. My Card was Deactivated instantly for Fraud. I'm having a new Credit Card sent next week. I also Contacted my Bank with whom I have the **** Debit Card with and filed a Fraudulent Charge Complaint. They immediately issued me a New Debit Card on 7/10/24. I have to wait 1 week for all Charges to be Refunded before any Actions will be Taken. I never expected to be Charged $400 in one week for a Charge that was only Supposed to be a Security Deposit. I as a Retired Veteran don't wish to see this Happen to Anyone. Please help me resolve this issue so that anyone else who may be affected by this sees some Justice. Thanks for your time, *********************

Hotel was booked under my daughter ***********************. We stayed from August 25 through August 29th. We paid a total of $523.80. Upon arrival the elevator was not working, we were given a room on the third floor. They were fixing it so we dealt with it. Carpets were dirty, stained and sticky, hot water faucet was broken. The next ************ was broken again. Laundry room - which we made sure upon booking was available- was not working, washer was broken. Had to carry laundry down three flights of stairs ( no lighting or air conditioning in stair well) to find a laundry ***** It was after 2pm, we asked for our room to please be done when we got back so we could shower for a 6pm reservation. Got back at 4pm elevator still out, walked up three flights with laundry, our key wasnt working! Went back down, got into the room and it still wasnt cleaned and no fresh towels, back down again! Front desk clerk was rude and said we need to be patient and deal with it because they are short staffed! Breakfast was disgusting. Dried up, stale and over cooked. We asked several times to please speak with the manager who was never available and front desk refused to call him. We asked if we could get our money back to find another hotel and were told no refunds because it was booked through Priceline . I spoke with Priceline and was told hotel had already been paid and we could file a claim (5-7 days)to request partial refund after our stay. We were stuck, so we started the claim and had a terrible stay at this hotel that didnt provide any of the services we paid for. I have been trying for the last two weeks now to resolve this. ********* said the manager has to approve the refund, well the manager is hiding and is refusing to respond in any way. I have contacted corporate office and they said they would pass my concerns to the manager and he would get back to me with a resolution, he has not. Now corporate office is no longer answering my emails either! Please help
