    I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the second time Ive had to contact customer service to find out when I will get my package. They conveniently either put the package on the wrong truck or no delivery attempt made scheduled for next business day. Customer service is a joke, they lie to you and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.

    I've had 5 packages sent via FedEx over the last 6 months (because that's all I could stomach to trust them). Every one of them. EVERY. ONE. Has shown as delivering one second then delayed to the next day, or two days later. They lost my company's work computer the day before I was supposed to start, they rerouted a package to a pickup across town even though I didn't need to sign for it, these guys are so bad I've started to not even trust any companies that use them either. Worst ever. Period.

    FedEx came to my home put a note on the door and never bothered to even knock on the door to tell me the package was available to be signed for. Did you expect me to sit at the actual door all day outside? There are 3 people in the house so we know for a fact no one even tried. Your process for complaint is idiotic and if you wanted to you could have pushed for redelivery and apologie. The delivery person even took a picture of our door and DID NOT KNOCK or RING the DOOR ****! ********.

    Terrible had a medicine to be delivered package needs to be signedfedex gave me a window from 3-5pm on a Wednesday. I ask to leave work early to be home and sign it. Driver apparently came at 2pm, there was no one home. I called fedex and explained they delivered off the time window they gave me and explained the medicine is for an important treatement. They assured they would deliver again tonight. Nothing got delivered. I call back and all they do is apologize and deliver tomorrow. If they cant follow the window they give us, why bother to add one. Super disappointed

    This is the WORST delivery service EVER!I contacted them (good luck getting a human since their AI that answers will only allow you to speak to a human if you say "returning a call"). They told me they would have the driver call 30 mins prior to delivery. They did not call me. I called back to customer service and was again told I would receive a call 30 mins prior to delivery. The next day I again received no call, so I called again and was told driver's do not do that, ever! So why was I lied to?? Then I call the shipper because I am not allowed to make changes to the delivery (I wanted Fedex to hold it at their office across the street from where I live so I could pick it up the next day). The shipper contacts Fedex and they are told the package will be at the facility for me the following day. It is not at the facility, but AGAIN out for delivery. I am sitting at my table, taking time off from work to receive this delivery. My husband leaves to go across the street for 10 minutes. When he returns, there is a slip on the door that we did not answer. I WAS NEXT TO THE DOOR ther was NO KNOCK!! So the next day I call to find out where I can pick up the package and I'm told it is being sent BACK to the shipper and I cannot pick it up!?!?!? WHAT? Lied to, lied to, lied to, and then LIED TO! This company should not be allowed to operate in this country. They are liars and theives because they took the shipper's money and did NOT deliver the item!Today I had a delivery (once again the company I ordered from chose Fedex) and they left my $500 new chair OUTSIDE in the SNOW on the SIDEWALK!! BBB You NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! This is ridiculous!

    FedEx is horrible and doesn't stand behind its promise. After spending money for a baked goods product, I received it 2 days late when I needed the product the prior day. I contacted FedEx and spent hours on the phone only for them to deny my request for a refund or an adjustment. I will never use FedEx service again. I will use the post office before I spend another $ with this horrible company. They tried to blame it on the weather, when I know the package was in my city at 7:15 a.m. that morning. Then FedEx tried to blame it on me changing the location, which I did after it was determined from FedEx tracking that I wouldn't receive my package 2 days after it was due. I changed it to a FedEx location, so I could make sure it would be there. I spoke to a representative for the FedEx location that it was delivered to, who told me it was their error, however they refuse to make things right. Never again.

    There is no possible way FedEx has a A+ rating with all of these 1-star reviews. BBB is a joke now too obviously. 1.06/5 and they are A+ rated. Yeah right!AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!! I shipped a simple letter size package from ********* to ********* on 1/30/25 and FedEX HAS NO CLUE WHERE THE PACKAGE IS!!!! Customer service is non-existent as they claim to need 24 hours to investigate and they don't do anything. Then when you call them on the 24 hours, it turns into 48 hours. I could have walked the package to **** by now. Ridiculous. I've never seen a more clueless bunch in my life.

    Remember the famous slogan "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight.?" A famous slogan for FedEx.Well is doesn't for me lol not in two consecutive months. Their tracking is great untill it fails, and it does, and then it's meaningless because customer service is worthLESS than their tracking.*Sigh* no big deal, just potentially life saving medication but live and learn.. (maybe)
