The staff at this company are friendly, but they lack professionalism and integrity. Their maintenance services often cut corners during renovations, which leads to tenants facing repair costs due to stipulations in the lease agreement. In the house I rented, I experienced multiple plumbing issues and discovered mold in the kitchen ceiling and under the sink. Additionally, there was a mildew smell upon entering the home.Before moving out, I left the property in better condition than I received it. I even paid for yard services to maintain the lawn and remove leaves. The gentleman who inspected the property complimented it and noted that it only needed a few touch-ups. I recorded the entire inspection on my dashcam, as I was waiting in my car, and I also took pictures to document the before and after condition. This proved to be crucial, as the company deducted $600 from my deposit nearly two months later, citing charges for painting and lawn services.I would not recommend this company unless it is your last option. I have reached out to resolve my concerns with no success. I am currently following the necessary steps to ensure they improve their practices for the benefit of future tenants.Review from Altadont S

Ive had nothing but absolute cooperation from RA. Everyone seems to do what needs to be done. Im not sure what these other reviews are about. Maybe theyre mad their lease wasnt renewed? Who knows. **************************, maintenance and even the guys higher up have been nothing but A++ with customer service and work order needs. Ive always been able to talk to them if something goes wrong or if Im gonna be a day late on rent. I can understand, as do they, its a business and it takes both of us for it to exist. Literally left in the residence I rent without working ******* A/C (which I pay for every month) for 3 days in the middle of summer with temperatures getting up to 100 degrees. Tried calling. Nothing. Tried texting. Still Nothing. Online maintenance request was also ignored in the tenant portal. ************ is the absolute worst and incompetent employee. Completely unprofessional. ResiAmerica has the audacity to overcharge rent on these rental properties only to not respond and resolve maintenance requests in a timely fashion. The garage doors spring popped and needed to be replaced. As this is a safety concern (due to the garage door potentially being pushed up and opened from the outside), youd think theyd send someone out immediately to fix this. I had to call the garage door repair company myself to even get on the schedule for them to come out, because **** had not done her job.
