I hired ************ to do a child support modification in 2021 and he was more than happy to take the $3500 retainer. Its been more than 2 years and countless emails. He constantly tells me it will be done and never follows through. Any time hes requested information Ive provided it within ***** hours and he constantly said it was done and he would get with me to explain the details. Im to the point now that Im going to file a formal complaint with the ***************************************. Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews but believed that a local attorney would be sufficient seeing as it was a simple modification and Ive always believed in supporting local businesses. Ive gotten excuse after excuse on why documents were never filed or why I wasnt updated. *** had my accounts seized, my drivers license and freedom threatened because he has failed to follow through on anything he promised. I continued paying the state what I was told was the appropriate amount by Mr. ***************** to get a letter saying I was $20,000 in arrears! Of course when I contacted him with that information he told me nothing was ever submitted but he would look into it. I guess as long as he continues taking his retaining fees and provides no services its not his freedom thats in jeopardy. Im not going to let anyone else be taken advantage of by ************ or his shady law practice without letting the state know everything that *** had to deal with. If you are looking for an attorney I would highly encourage you to stay clear of this law firm. I wouldnt trust him to draft a contract with a goldfish! If this was any other consumer business I would demand a full refund because of services not rendered. Its like buying an expensive item just to find out it broken but the store wont take it back or exchange it.**************************************************
