08-09-24 building was removed from the property and no one was home. We were not provided any notices in the mail and no phone calls were made to either one of our cell phones to warn us before they were coming. Once they picked the building up we called and while they did allow us to come get our things the same day we got there and everything was wrecked and destroyed. We had a lot of valuables and memories Inside of that building that were now completely trashed and gone through and our privacy was violated. We understand that the contract is signed, It was the fact that they ripped the bags open purposely and did not put them back the way they were knowing that we were coming back to get those things.

The customer did not make a payment in June or July.  A letter was mailed on July 11, 2024 to the only known address, notifying the customer that the shed would be picked up if no payments was received.  On July 16, 2024, an automated phone call was made, and message delivered, to the only known phone number.  No response was received to either the letter or phone call.  The customer called our office on August 9 to notify us that the shed had been picked up.  We told the customer that we had not been notified by the driver yet, so he may still be on his way back to the sales lot with the shed.  We advised the customer at that time that they should contact the dealer as soon as possible to coordinate getting their items out of the shed.  We did not receive any more communication from the customer after that, so had no way of knowing about the claim that their items had been gone through.

Nothing is requested as a resolution other than having a publicly posted complaint, so no resolution is offered.  This response is to officially counter the claim that no letters or phone calls were made to notify the customer that the contract had expired and was going to be picked up.  Evidence of the letter and phone call are attached.  If the customer would like to contact our office directly, they are always welcome to do so and we will gladly address their concerns.

The first notice of the complaint was never received because it was sent to an old address from 10+ years ago.  Please update our mailing address to **************************************

    Thank you!
