            June 28, 2024 I went to this place for the first time and did self pay and they said everything was included, trays, shots and visit for $200. I paid it on the spot. On July 2nd they said I owed $38 for shots for the 28th that were included? And they took it out of my credit card and refuse to refund me. On July 3rd they never got a preauthorization from my insurance so my insurance refused to pay for the **** But SportsOrtho took $250 from us. United my insurance said they can't collect anything from us because they didn't authorized anything so they are trying to get paid somewhere. Even Sportsortho admitted we had a credit but refuse to pay us it? July 8th they charged my insurance and us which is illegal. My insurance was charged $306 and they took from my credit card on file $150. Which we should of got a bill in the mail from them for $110.41. So they owe us a refund. July 11th thy charged my insurance $331 and they charged my credit card $150 but again our portion was only $108.93. And again no bill to our house they are stealing from our credit card on file from that first self pay when we had no insurance. This is fraud and I have talked to my credit card, Sports Ortho and my insurance and we are going on six months now and going no where. Do I sue them, call the police. These people need to be shut down. I have called made threats. I don't know what to do. I need an advocate at this point. We are new to *********, didn't know they worked like this and ripped people off. I would like my money back please. I have tried being civil but now I'm just very angry. I have proof of all this.

            I was advised I needed an mri. Advised at this ****** charge would be $500.00, and was charged this amount by their affiliate ****** in Mt. ********. I am now told I must pay more, because **** did 2 mri's. I was not advised of the additional cost by Dr ****** nor at the Mt. ************** If I had been advised, I would have declined.

            Have tried for three weeks t o get a MRI scheduled they referred it to themselves and do not do MRIs they also refuse to accept responsibility for what they have messed up
