    Absolutely fantastic experience No tricks just treats And the treat was not worried if I would be screwed over or not! While I was there they were handling any customer issues with efficiency. Would recommend them to everyone!

    BEWARE!!!!After speaking with Elvis (a man of his word he says) we drove over 6 hours to purchase an “excellent” never painted, clean history ***** NX. We got there to see a piece of trash in horrendous condition with visible damage throughout and a despicable paint job. These guys are DISHONEST and a waste of time! Wasted a whole day driving for nothing all due to this lying group.

    ***** flipped out about an imperfection on a trim piece which was fully visible in our photos after failing to notice them in the pictures. He then cursed at us and became irate. He was asked to leave or we would have had him escorted off property by the police. We only sell used vehicles that have minor wear and tear and do not currently sell any new vehicles.

    Follows through with yet more lies…. No one cursed or flipped out on you. Nor any threats made to call enforcement…Was I upset after driving over 6 hours to find the car not as described? …YES! You would be too. I specifically asked before coming if the difference in color that I saw in photos was a paint job or shade and you stated that paint is perfect, never been painted, and that the car was in perfect condition. Being honest costs you nothing, and if you were indeed a man of your word, all you had to say was the truth. The car is far from excellent. It has visible damage that were not seen or pointed out in photos. And I closely inspected the photos before AND after seeing the car in person. Keep up the same business tactics and see where that gets you….. you think lying to people and have them drive over 6 hours, was going to secure a sale? Absolutely NOT acceptable. And to call with harassment and threats to get me to remove the well deserved feedback IS ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE.

    So I went to motorkings based off of reviews, and boy do I regret it. I bought a 2016 **** Fusion, and eight days later the battery dies. I called Jaci and explained what was going on, and was told "that's the cost of ownership" and that its a "maintenance item". mind you I've not even had the car A MONTH. So the next day, I buy a new battery, get it put in, and then I get a call from Jaci saying that they had it in their notes to replace the battery and just never got around to it, so she reimbursed me. Well, that following Monday, my car dies AGAIN! so I call again, they say to bring it in, so I bring the car, and they say an amp wire was draining the battery, They pull it out and say the issue is fixed. Go ahead and guess what happened again the following Friday. It died again, and I need an alternator. We replace that too, and it still wouldn't start. So I dropped it off at motorkings with a note saying to call me, and that hopefully we could figure something out, if not I was gonna look into what I could do legally. Tim calls and asks if what I put on the note was a threat, I said no. and he responded "we cant help you since you put the word "legal" in your note". But with that being said, they have literally been no help the ENTIRE time I've had the vehicle so what difference did it make. To add a little more context to this review, the day I took my car in for the amp wire, there was another woman there and I was speaking with her and asked if it was her first time buying from them, and she said yes. I then responded that she should have her vehicle thoroughly checked before she signs papers because I'm already having issues with mine and was under the impression that when we leave the lot, its our problem. (referring back to what Jaci said when I called the first time). after that, Tim had texted me saying "I dont care to deal with people who lie and try to hurt my business" yet he doesn't care if he financially hurts peoples families. save your money.

    As evidenced by our many positive reviews, we take care of our customers' issues when they arise, within reason, but we do not tolerate bullying, malicious lies intended to damage our business and reputation, or harassment. ******* did purchase a vehicle from us. He did call and let us know his battery died and Jaci escalated this issue up to management. Upon review, I authorized a battery replacement although this was a maintenance item and ******* did purchase the vehicle as is from us. We learned after authorizing the battery replacement that ******* wrote us a bad review in an attempt to force us to assist him. While ******* was in our store having his vehicle’s issue inspected, he warned a customer doing paperwork about purchasing a vehicle from us because “once she signed those papers she would be on her own.” It was an odd statement to make and an apparent lie considering ******* was sitting in our office while we addressed his issue that he claimed would not be addressed. ******* was not aware that the lady doing paperwork was not a customer but one of our employees who notified us of ********* lie. ******* continued lying about the interaction when asked about it. After ******* had his battery replaced, he called in saying the parts store told him his alternator was bad. He replaced the alternator by himself and he is not a certified automotive technician. After he replaced his alternator, the car would no longer start, so he towed his car to our store with a note on it asking what we would do to fix his car, threatening to take legal action if we did not fix his car. I made contact with ******* and informed him that I received his note, and per our company policy we cannot continue to make any contact with him and referred him to contact our legal team via his legal representation. ******* was instructed not to contact us any further but he continued to send messages resulting in harrassment to us as defined in the T.C.A. We will not make any further contact with ******* nor will we assist ******* in the future. ******* should be truthful in his interactions and he should not attempt to bully anyone to get what he wants. Customers, if you act like *******, you will receive the same level of service as *******. Don’t be like *******. Be like our many other happy customers. We sell used vehicles that we do not design or build. They will inevitably break. If they break shortly after you buy them, we will most likely assist you.
