Purchased a used 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport from this business on Aug 23. Decided to to here because the advertised a 6 month warranty on their website knew people that had also purchased from them. Within 30 days, the car warning light low oil pressure, stop vehicle immediately came on. Checked oil, bone dry. Called RAD and was told to and oil and bring it in. They said there was a leak on the oil pan gasket and it was fixed. Picked is up and within another month, the same light came on and is started smoking from the exhaust when started. Had it towed to them. Was told they were not sure what was wrong but they did an oil change and it was fine. Again, a month or do later, same thing happens and there is no oil and still smoking. Called and was told to bring it in. After about a week, hadnt gotten a call do I called to get an update. Was told the couldnt find and and that they had a master mechanic check is and they were also unable to find the problem. ****** suggested I have my daughter (the driver that I bought the car for) check the oil at least once a week. I stated that was not on since is hadnt been 4 months get since we got the car and he said you could to through the hassle on taking it to ****** to have them try and diagnose the problem. So I did. Within a few hours they call to tell me it needs a new engine and transmission and is had already been diagnosed are another ****** on Ga prior to auction. I called RAD and I formed ****** what the said and he is saying there is nothing he can do. Attempted to to through the extended warranty but they would deny due to all the sludge present from non maintenance prior and since is was already a documented problem prior to *** selling to to me. ****** refuses to honor the 6 months warranty that the y claim to offer and advertise He stated since get was I aware do the issues, he cant do anything. He suggested I take to to another mechanic and have the sludge cleaned, and another shop to file the ext. ****.
