  I have brought several complaints to this business owner as the gym studio has several problems for the client such as not having proper sanitation practices, not providing quality equipment that could prevent injury, and not providing a consistent way to contact their company. This company has also wrongly charged several patrons to the incorrect accounts for their membership. I have and other members have tried to resolve issues via email and cancel our memberships but the owner refuses to address our concerns or assist. The owner lacks any empathy or understanding for the clients.I have been trying to contact someone about my account and I have not been able to reach anyone at my gym or anyone at surrounding gyms that can assist me. Ive been trying to book classes on the app and it would not let me even though I had several passes left.The studio will go weeks without soap in the bathrooms or sanitation wipes to wipe down the equipment.Instructors have to start classes late due to no front desk staff. The doors are sometimes locked with no warning or anyone to answer the phones. I have been trying to cancel as the manager is very rude and is hostile in their responses. I don't feel safe and have tried to resolve.

  I signed on with Pepper Boxing at The Battery, yet did not sign an updated contract for I did not want to enter into another contract in 2023. I only went to a boxing class due to health issues I had to stop. When contacting the Battery location to stop all charges on my card, the young lady advised me that I may freeze my charges which I did. However, after frezzing my charges twice I advised that I no longer wanted to be charged. This very nice lady contacted me serveal times, stating that I needed to speak to the owner/manager and ****** would be calling me back. No one called me back and lets note that I have been attempting to get this matter resolved since December 2023. I called the Battery location serveal times, which I did not get an answer or to be told that the manager/ owner would call me back. I finally issued a charge back on my credit card for they were still charging me. I finally got an email stating that they were sending me to collections. I replied back to and the other person on the other end of the email was very rude and condescending and has yet to send me a copy of a signed contract from ********************************** The person only mentioned that "I am not able to simply stop paying, this is not a TV show." I asked for the manager/owner to contact me a few times via email and the person in email refused, stating that they handle all matters. At this time I would like Pepper Boxing to stop charging me for I will not be going back, which I have not been for serveal months. Also I would like them to cancel all services, which they are stating they are due as well as a contact from the manager/ owner.
