I have been a season ticket holder since they moved here, starting with season tickets in *******, but I decided to give up my tickets this year. I have a $70.30 credit on my account #****** and have made several attempts to get my money . Seems i always get the run around and changing requirements .On April 21,, I was told by ************************* to send him a text to request my refund, then when I called last week and talked to someone else they added other things to do. They have always admitted that i have a credit on my account, they just don't want to give it to me. I feel that if the Titans want to be a good citizen of the ************** they should treat people better. Thank You

We had a group going to the Bengals vs Titans game so I purchased tickets with the group that I received and in addition I purchased $3340.00 worth of tickets separately. I never received my additional tickets. I called the ticket office and left two messages and never received a returned call, I cant remember the ladys name that I purchased the tickets from I think it was **** or ***** (something like that) but I didnt have her direct number and the group coordinator hasnt responded to my request for it. I just disputed the charge with my bank because I was unable to do so online and Im just returning to my home city but I think its unfair that I have to go to this extent for something I purchased especially since I purchased the tickets as a gift for lower income children that were really excited to go.Attached is the debit card purchase receipt from Childrens World LLC

10 months ago I paid for *** and I was told it was an Investment and mine to sell. I paid more than $11,000 for two seats at **************. My husband is a combat Veteran from the ************* ************* I was told we could switch to an Aisle seat. My husband is disabled. He cannot stand and the seats cannot even see the Jumbotron because all are standing all the time. I spoke to my rep to sell my *** and he states I cannot sell because I have not had long enough. This is AFTER he had told me I could sell and sent me the website and instructions on marketplace selling. NOW THE TITANS ARE NOT ALLOWING ANY OF THE MONEY THAT A BUYER MIGHT SPEND TO FO TOWARDS A CREDIT ON THE NEW STADIUM THUS MAKING MY ***s worthless. 10 months ago it was not even mentioned about a new stadium by nor that my no ***s would be worthless. My husband is a Marine and spent 33 years with the *** and here we are getting scammed by the TENNESSEE TITANS. WE BOUGHT TICKETS IN GOOD FAITH. TITANS KNEW WHEN WE WERE SOLD THE TICKETS THAT WE WOULD MOT BE ABLE TO SELL THEM. MY HUSBAND IS 78 years old why would we pay $11,000 for ***s that we could not resale. Tennessee Titans were not honest with us. *** and ************************* ******* Veteran Disabled They need to refund the *** price that was paid.

I sent an email 4/2/2022 with no response. I have called several times within the last week with no return phone call. I talked to the phone receptionist, explained my concern and ask to speak to my representative. I was told he was in a meeting. I ask to speak to someone who could help me and was told there was no one else. I was was told my representative answers to no one else except himself. I ask what the expectations should be on a return email or phone call and was told they didn't have a policy on return phone calls or emails. This is a billing question or overcharge of a $******* more than other seats around me. It could be justified ....not sure. I would just like for an answer and or explanation. They are very timely on there drafting money out of my account. I would like the same courtesy extended to me on my reaching out to them.
