    On December 2, 2019 I placed an order online at Travis Austin Customs website for a leather jacket. I paid $1,509.02 for said jacket and received an email receipt. I gave what I believed to be appropriate time to receive my jacket due to the understanding that Travis himself is the one responsible for his products and just a couple months after my order was placed we entered into the Covid-19 pandemic which suspended many business operations. However, after a year of not hearing anything, I reached out to Travis and finally received a FaceTime call from him in which he promised to bump me to the top of his priority list. While I have continued to reach out through email and direct messages, I have not heard anything from Travis Austin Customs since May 27, 2022. At this point if I cannot get the jacket I paid for, I would like my money back. The only problem there is the card I used for this purchase is no longer active.

    Date of this transaction was June 11th, 2023, I was told to pay a deposit of $655.50 for a custom designed wedding hat for my wedding that occurred in June of this year (2024)Unbeknownst after emailing the customer service email address provided on the companys website, as well as the company owners itself, it came down to unprofessionally replying to an instagram message from a former employee telling me that the location in ********* was closed in July of 2023 & never was told they moved down to ****** ******I waited until December of 2023 to message the owner Travis Austin on instagram since that is the only place that allowed me to contact him, he adamantly promised that I wont have to worry about anything, & that I would have my hat made before my wedding day. Now, after my wedding, I am being ignored on all accounts for requesting a refund of my deposit since I have never received any form of product from this company.

    I ordered a custom hat and jacket from Travis Austin June 10th, 2023. He said it would take a couple of weeks. We had contact initially when I wanted to know about him painting a different picture on the jacket. Sent him new picture to use. He said two weeks. Its been almost 10 months. Now he wont answer texts, emails.

    Purchased a jacket from ****** for $600. It has been over 6 months and he has continued to make excuse after excuse. He continues to tell me he will send it but doesn't. I finally told him I was making a complaint and he told me it was in tomorrows shipment. When I asked for tracking he said he would send it the following day. I've contacted him 3 times sense and he will not respond and I have not received the jacket.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/22) */ Travis Austin Clothing LLC. has experienced longer than normal time delays with orders due to a significant increase demand. This particular order was resolved and the jacket was shipped. ***** ****** was communicated with and notified about his order. We understand the frustration some of our customers have had regarding turnaround time receiving their custom hats. We have improved our ordering to shipping process down to 2-4 weeks.

    I ordered a hat in August 2021. ****** is a custom hat designer. He promised me a personalized consultation because I ordered the most expensive hat that he offers, over $*****. During our meeting he encouraged me to bring personal items that were meaningful to me to include as accessories on the hat with his design. I handed over several items that had emotional value such as dried flowers that were on my fathers grave Lastly at his direction I gave him two pieces of jewelry a brooch and a money clip that are extremely monetarily valuable that belong to generations of my family. As I mentioned to use as accessories/decoration on the hat. We're coming up on almost a year now not only do I still not have the hat but communication has been extremely limited with him and his staff only randomly responding to messages when I request updates which had exceeded now hundreds of messages to understand where my order is but he sent me an email recently saying he's sorry that he lost my personal effects and that he'll just go ahead and send me the hat without the personal effects. As mentioned these personal items are extremely monetarily valuable and emotionally valuable as well this seems to be some sort of scam that he's running to collect peoples valuable items.
