I took out a loan for $1000 in the beginning of November. I have it set up on autopay and wasn’t really paying attention but then it became noticeable when my biweekly bill became $200. I went and looked at my account and every bill shows a “Required Principal Deduction” I’m not sure where that $15 goes every month but they have been adding my interest to my balance then in a way refinancing it every time I make a payment which means my principal balance that they charge interest on goes up! I started getting (owing) $1000 they skipped 3 weeks then took a half payment (autopay) which put my principal balance to $1032! (Interest capitalization= they add the amount of interest due to your principal balance) so every 2 weeks I owe more. They keep increasing my credit limit so they can charge me more without going over the loan amount. My biweekly bill started at $165.42 4 billing cycles later (2 months) my payment due is $192.32. As I stated before the original loan was for $1000 I haven’t borrowed any more and now I owe $1480! In 2 months they have added $480 to my principal! I don’t understand where my payments even go I pay $400+ a month, never take out any money and my bill increases $200 a month!?! Since they charge interest on the interest you only owe more and more!

I cannot get these people to answer or return calls. I cannot log into my account and there is no one to help with it. I just called my bank to have them stop payment until this is settled. Their phone options always lead back to the same place and are not valid. I.e. you can never get a real person. The “dial extension” numbers are also not valid. I can get the same name with different extensions. No one calls. I want the product the loan is for but cannot even make additional payments on the loan.

I paid off my account and they charged me interest for the two days it took for the bank to credit it on their end. Even though it clears my account immediately. All money paid goes on interest and only a dollar goes on principal.

I applied for them and got a loan. Definitely BEFORE I read this reviews!!! So I paid my bill which was $196.00. Then I paid $300 on the principle. This was on the SAME DAY minutes apart. I also wanted to add a new debit card. So after I done that, they BLOCKED my account. I called the 651 number. They had me send in a copy of my ID and a copy of the debit card I was adding to prove it was me. Which I DID around 1:36pm. Email is timestamp. I was told my account would be fixed by the end of the day on yesterday. Which was 01/24/25. As of today 01/25/25 NOTHING has been done and they are giving me the runaround. When I ask for a SUPERVISOR they said they don’t have one. So you guys can take my money and then BLOCK and LOCK my account and can’t give me a straight answer as to why. Or when they are going to fix it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

This is a predatory loan company who loaned my 82 year old mother $1,000 in November 2024. She made two payments totaling $1,600 and her payoff balance is over $3200. They are charging 279.5% interest. This is outrageous! I called to see if there was anyway we could work out a resolution as my mother is on a tight fixed Social Security income, and theywon’t even make any consideration. This is nothing short of elderly abuse. Everyone should be warned.

It’s impossible to get help, I’ve told them countless times that I need help and email is the only way I can communicate, (no phone service) yet they refuse to communicate to me through email! And when I finally got help and emailed my documents to switch bank accounts once again I got the standard copy paste email stating that to call them. I CANT! I guess they don’t want me to pay them back.

Hi, *****, we'd love to help. There are many other ways to communicate with our staff aside from calling. After reviewing the account, it appears that emails have been received however, correct personal verification was not completed on your behalf. For your protection, certain details must be verified before providing account information.

Actually that is incorrect, on 1/2/2025 I was ask to send said personal verification infomation and on 1/3/2025 i sent said documents, and on 1/8/2025 I reached out again for an update and the customer support agent sent the generic email once gain. i have tried MULTIPLE times to reach out yet I get the generic email stating to call every single time. So it is your agents not communitcating properly

SPRINT dont Run away from this business. I applied for a loan, during the application process they ask for proof of identity and wants a picture of your state id, social security card, employment and ask you to link your bank and debit cards before you even get approved for a loan. Then they ask you to fill out a Tax 4506-C form from the IRS.********** doesnt even ask for all of that!! At first I didnt want to send them the tax file but I really need the cash. I submitted everything they asked for but I kept receiving emails that my tax 4506-c form was still missing after submitting it multiple times. I called the customer service team for help (they have 3 different numbers btw) and after being on hold for atleast 20 minutes I was told i filled out the form wrong and would have to redo it, half of the form Advance Financial was supposed to fill in themselves. Its been 2 days and I havent even been approved or denied for a flex loan. Thank goodness for that because these other reviews are terrible. I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC. This company is clearly shady and immoral.

Flex Loans. They are an expensive form of credit! Af247 was there for me :-/. As a 100% disabled vet with horrible tbi/memory/seizures I have no clue of owe them money still, but if I did patience is a virtue and you will eventually get it back. Remember you are going to them because it’s a quick n easy approval from of credit that should be paid back immediately (if u remember lol & can afford it). Use with caution but they are there for you.

I was toldni was approved for a loan and needed to enter my banking routing and accounting number along with my debit card information in order to receive the funds approved for. After entering said information I was notified of application denied. I called to ask what has happened as the notification stated "ACCOUNT BLOCKED BANKING INFO SHARED WITH 3 APPLICANTS" we all know the definition of applicant but they tell me I have multiple loans and which I DO NOT HAVE ANY LOANS! This company have my information and I am a low income resident. I can not afford to be a victim of fraud! They could not properly explain why I was approved then denied and could not assure my information was safe. I have screenshots of the approval and denial with time stamps. I also have voice recording of when I called them. I will be calling *** * crime stoppers next upon reading other reviews they need to be stopped! I also felt discriminated against as I was constantly asked my race. As if it mattered? -10 stars
