Am I the only one with a positive outcome? I ordered a trial. It clearly says it is a two week trial and then charges occur monthly. I got an email previous to the ship date telling me both what day I would be charged and what day it would be delivered. I was able to change, pause, and cancel my orders without issue.

I would give zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The worsts customer service and clearly Nom Nom are thieves, not giving proper portions, and have poor quality food as many reviews have claimed. I received and was charged for more food than anticipated and my dog was allergic to the food. Now I have to pay for vet bills and they did not want to refund my money. I signed up for the 12 day trial and received and was changed earlier than my trial ended. It clearly says on the website before you sign up that AFTER your trial ends it would be a monthly subscription. The last time I checked a month is 30 days not 14 days. According to my bank statements, payments were pulled 14 days apart not 30 days. I should still be able to receive a FULL refund since I canceled before the 30 day money back guarantee. When I explained this to a supervisor NomNom refused to refund my money and only wanted to give me an exception of $50. Unacceptable! I didn’t even want the poor quality food. I would never waist my time doing this but this is wrong! This company should NOT be in business. They are robbing people.

In October 2022 I saw a charge from this vendor that we had not made. I reported it as fraud to my bank immediately so it was canceled. My card also canceled and new ones sent from our bank. Today, November 11, 2022, I received a text notification from my bank asking if I had again made a purchase from NOMNOMNOW in the amount of $213.34. I again reported it as fraud and reached out to my bank to find out how this could be on our new cards. They couldn't answer that but I did learn that I could permanently block this vendor from our card and not have to report this when they attempted to charge and cause us to cancel and replace our cards all the time. Obviously this is what I did. My wife also researched this company and learned that this is a common practice for this company, and they also set the scam up so it authorizes the bank to report any replacement cards provided so they can continue to charge you. That answered how they got our new card. I called the company number and explained what I had discovered and made it clear this was fraud and although they agreed and would look into the charge since it was just attempted minutes ago and provide me with the information so I could in turn provide it to the authorities, they continually returned to the phone telling me they couldn't reach that department. I finally accepted them to call me back after well over an hour but I had used a cell phone that was not personal nor had any information on it. I further made it clear I was filing a complaint with the NYS AG Office and BBB. Be VERY careful of this vendor and how their scam works. Be sure you have fraud protection on your accounts as well as know you can permanently block vendors like this from being allowed to charge to your cards and thus avoid a lot of time, reporting the fraud and replacing cards.

I placed my initial order with NomNom. The initial box was described as having chicken and pork prepackaged meals for my dog. I exchanged messages with a customer service rep who agreed to change the meals to all chicken because of my dogs allergies. When the shipment arrived the change had NOT been made and 50% of the meals were pork and 50% were chicken. I contacted the company expecting them to offer a 50% refund on the portion of the product I couldn't use, considering this was their error. They informed me they will refund the 50% on my next order which puts me in a position of having to continue the subscription in order to receive my refund. I think this is bad business and poor customer service for a first time customer. I have cancelled my subscription and doubt I will ever see a refund.

Num Num Now my wife received a notification from her credit card company that without any notification that the dog food was going to double in price The credit card company wouldn’t pay for it cause they know that we normally pay $189 a month for this food furthermore I wanna add they short food on the order plus there was one time the box of food arrived there was no dry ice in the box and the food was no good so needless to say we had to go to ******** and buy food for the dogs never got reimbursed this company as far as I’m concerned it’s a sham.

Went back and forth and even spoke with a supervisor, they did absolutely nothing to help the issue I was having but happily wanted me to spend more money with them instead of refunding my money for a non delivered box. Changed my address over 8 months ago and my box got sent to a strangers house in a completely different state, they made every justification possible. Customer service seriously lacks with this company, all they care about is taking your money. Your pet deserves better. Also nomnom, don't bother responding to this review like you did the others.... your excuses are ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FRON NOMNOM go to **** and ***** they are way healthier and cheaper.
