            Found them by chance after looking online as I needed a snow removal company over the weekend. The site was easy to use and sign up and create an account. I found a contractor close to me and they were out the same day. Very happy and would highly recommend them

            ***** **** ***** **** was fantastic. He said I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't. Definitely use him again. The original vendor couldn't make it and contacted me to cancel. I'm happy so far.

            I am writing to share my disappointing experience with GreenPal, a company that connects clients with lawn care providers. Initially, the platform seemed promising as I gained a few clients and positive reviews. However, my account was suddenly closed without explanation, leaving me confused and frustrated. When I reached out to GreenPal’s support team, the customer service agents were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. They laughed at my concerns, refused to escalate my issue to a manager, and provided no evidence or reasons for the account closure. To make matters worse, GreenPal withheld revenues I had earned, which I believe is both unethical and unprofessional. As a small business owner, this experience has been disheartening. GreenPal’s lack of transparency and disregard for professional conduct has caused significant stress and financial loss. I hope the company will take steps to improve its practices, including better communication, clear policies, and respectful customer service.
