    Placed my order online and they took my money but when i went to pick up my order they were closed but sing out front says open till 1am and messaged virtual and says my money wouldnt be returned for 3-5 days so now i have no product or my money back and hungry

    This is ******************* and wanted to respond with a complaint against Burger King in ****************, at this point I wanted JUSTICE but now JUSTICE and whatever else i can get from this situation that's beneficial to my family and I because now i feel like their Ignoring me, thank you for your time and listening to my complaint.

    On June 24, I ordered a small meal, maybe even a kid's meal, with an **** through the drive-thru. When it came to $9 at the window and I paid, the attendant gave me an insanely small cup for the drink, and for the money I was not pleased. So I refused the food and requested a refund. The other employee gave me what she considered a refund slip but it really was a transaction summary slip. I pulled off and kept it in my car. Last week, I noticed the transaction was still on my statement, and I called to verify it to be a charge with no refunds. I went back to the location at Lee Highway near Route 29 in Fairfax, VA near the ****** ******* on Fri, Aug 5 at 10:55 pm. During that time, another customer was banging on the door for some reason. Not surprised, I went through the drive thru, handed the slip to the first attendant, and then the same attendant from before on June 24 came to the window. I explained my situation, and reminded her that she assured me a refund, which was a lie. I kindly confronted her about this lie because all food had been returned, and I did not appreciate lying and games, that I would have kindly pulled forward to await a refund if she had been transparent. She told me to return to speak to a manager, and I told her I would complain formally, that no harm is meant to her or her job but this BK needs to do better... stop overcharging and underdelivering! Need my money back.

    I placed an order on May 22, 2022 for two Whopper cheese burgers. When I got home I noticed that they gave me two Whopper jr's with a large meat patty. I called the restaurant and they told me that they gave me the Whopper with a small bun because they ran out of Whopper buns. They charged me the full price of both Whoppers which was $***** with tax. I filed two complaints with the main office of Burger King. Both times they informed me that the general manager would call to correct this issue. As of now June 7, 2022 no one had called to resolve this issue. The Burger King location is in Emporia Virginia store number ****. This is not the first time I have filed a complaint about this Burger King and no one had called after the corporate office told me they would.

    Date of transaction: 5/19/20** Amount Paid: $***** Business Commitment: Food order made through app. Receipt attached showing full order. Order Number: #** Dispute: Ordered ahead through mobile app. Showed up about half an hour later to pick it up. Restaurant worker who went by ***** said they gave our food to someone else so they had to remake it. We waited in line at the drive thru for 25 mins only to be told they were apparently "OUT OF WHOPPER MEAT" so they couldn't make our order. I thought it was pretty crazy that they apparently ran out of whopper meat but I just said ok and asked for an equal replacement. The worker, *****, told us to too bad and if we wanted we could come back the next day for our food. We told him if we could have a refund instead then and he said no. He simply said that we had to do it through the app. As we were about to leave, another worker there had our food ready to give it to us and ***** put his hands on her and stopped her. He told her that we couldn't have the food. We came back around to see what the issue was and he continued to say they had no whopper meat and that it wasn't our order. By now a line had built up and we asked some people in line what they ordered and they said whoppers with cheese. That only further proved that ***** was lying. I have no idea why he had something against us. I would assume he was upset that he gave our order away to someone else and did not want to deal with the consequences of it. The other workers were mad at him and kept trying to give us our food but he wouldn't allow it. He was so rude. I honestly cannot believe this happened to us or why it happened. We were nothing but nice and respectful when he told us he gave our order away and we had no problem waiting in line. None of it makes sense and to top it all off they refused to give me back my money. They only refunded me $****. When I asked for the rest they said they could only give me a coupon. I hope something is done about this.
