Still waiting for the money they owe me since December 2023, two of my tires have worn prematurely and I had to buy two new ones at$590.00, under there warranty they said they would give me 45% back witch is $265.50 and have not seen it yet. I called my dealership ********** ****** in Rutland VT to see if they could call because I kept getting disconnected and they tried but the same thing happened to them. I want the money they owe me.

Reference ******* tire 265/50R20 Duler H/L400. we bought our suv brand new it came with Bridgestone tires. Everything was going fine until until one of the suv tires had a belt break in the tire according to the dealership it has a bulge in it. The car began to shake really bad instantly, the alignment and balance is totally off now according to the dealership. I was just asking to get all 4 tires replaced under a pro ration warranty also asking for Bridgestone to realign my vehicle and balance the tires on my vehicle. According to the Bridgestone dealership, all four tires need to be replaced at once. Otherwise I’m going to have more issues with my all-wheel drive suv. Bridgestone knows full well that you cannot replace just one tire on an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Bridgestone knows that will cause further issues. Bridgestone don’t care they want me to have more issues so I called them for more tires. Bridgestone only wants to replace the one defective tire. At first they said they were only gonna prorate that one tire but then they said they would replace just the one. Having that defective tire on my car screwed up my alignment and my balance of the tires. Also, on an SUV it is highly NOT recommended to replace just one tire. When other tires are worn down different. This has took a lot of extra time to get figure it out. I am now wanting Bridgestone to replace all of my tires. Get my tires aligned and balanced. If it wasn’t for their defective tire, I would have no issues right now! Their defective tire is causing me to have to buy all new tires, which is just wrong. Either way they’re going to make money again. My current tires are rated at a six which is not even at halfway worn out. Please help me with this matter as I’m sure many other people have been took advantage of.

I purchased 4 tires Bridgestone quietrak. Within a week I had issues with the amount rolling resistance of the tires. They are too heavy, were dragging and made the car harder to come to a complete stop and brake safely. I believe I purchased tires that came with the “Try for 90 days” offer to l exchange or full refund from your website. As of February 17, 2024, this offer was on your website with this option for the Quiettrak tires. I would like for Bridgestone to honor the warranty posted from that time period, to give me a full refund.

Purchased Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400 tires October 1, 2021 for my 2013 ****** sienna. Mileage at installation was 71,912. Provided routine tire maintenance every 5000 miles as needed. On 04/123 at 90,674 miles I was informed my tires needed to be replaced due to secondary rubber on the inside edges. Previous inspection revealed no defects until that service. So in less than 5000 miles my tires became defective. These tires only lasted less than 2 years and less than 20,000 miles. Called Bridgestone and they indicated they had no warranty for the tires and they could do nothing about my situation. Do not recommend buying from this manufacturer.

I bought Bridgestone tires for my 2016 Ram 1500 in 2019 from Firestone in Mt. Pleasant, SC. I lcould not even pull my **** boat up the boat ramp. The new tires would spin with no traction. Even smaller vehicles that I have owned in the past never had that issue. I replaced the Bridgestone tires in 2021 with *********. The attendant told me that the tires had plenty of tread and that I did not need to replace them. I explained why I wanted to replace them. When I returned to retrieve my truck, the mechanic told me that he had never seen tires so hard except on a car that had been sitting for years. I believe that I was sold defective or old tires. I don't know if Firestone or Bridgestone is at fault. Nevertheless, brand new tires on a fairly new full-sized truck should be able to pull a **** boat without a problem. Fooled me once...
