My husband said the front desk staff was very disconcerting. She lacked patient care and forcibly asked for method of payment. He thought very highly of the doctor but will not be going back. His bill was $300 (we have ******) and the front desk would not provide explanation of the charge or give an itemized breakdown. He felt the front desk was taking advantage of him and felt sick by the interaction. The front desk is the first and last impression of the practice. We will not return and will be going elsewhere for continued care. **FURTHER** I was notified today, that an additional charge was processed. My husband nor I authorized this charge or was present. HSA confirmed Complete Health Partners initiated this additional charge and we are confronting a claim with risk management.Review from Sheila W

Very disappointing experience with Marisa B****, PA. I made appointment for prescription for ******** as I'm in Nashville for a month and needed a refill. I waited a week for my appointment and sent over my medical records to Ms. B**** as requested. My records document my history of chronic fatigue and ADHD and prescription for ******** for 20 years. My 25mg XR doseage is very conservative. I'm a 71 year old female who needs this medication to stay awake. I just received a phone call from a staff member explaining that the PA is not "comfortable" writing this prescription. I've never had my medication or doseage questioned before. Ms. B**** did not even offer the courtesy of speaking with me directly and had over a week to look at my records and contact me.
