            • Date of the transaction: July 30th paid $445, August 16th I paid 95.00 including travel fees • the business committed to provide hair service for bride and three bridesmaids and mother of bride but they never contacted or showed up on the wedding day. • we initially asked for makeup and hair, bride didnt like the makeup trial so it was agreed on canceling the makeup service and keeping the hair service and was paid only for hair service • last time we heard back from her was two minutes before the wedding that it wasn't ******* (even though she was the point of contact) but was her stylist (that she never mentioned before the incident) • the business gave excuses for not showing to the wedding and why she is not refunding. She claimed it wasn’t her but the stylist she works with, she never mentioned anything about the other stylist before that and she didnt provide a contact for the other person to contact. The excuse was that the other stylist got in an accident the day of the wedding, even tho we tried to contact before that and there was no response. She was waiting on the stylist to pay her the money even tho i paid ******* directly via venmo
