UZB Express was assigned for our car transport via broker Safe Auto Trucking. Driver did not speak or read English so had a hard time finding dtop off point as couldn't read English. Signs were clearly posted. Vehicle was damaged during transport. Photos taken by driver clearly confirm damaged in their possession. UZB owner agreed to pay damages but argued with amount. We finally accepted a lesser amount to get this nightmare of a transport over. UZB sent check which bounced. Called him immediately and he didn't know anything about it. Sure! Said he would send another check but never did. Useless company, do not recommend ever doing business with them.Review from Christine I

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT My car arrived with a thick layer of dirt, so I explained to the driver that there is no way for me to inspect the car in this condition. I drove straight to a car wash and went through twice. Upon drying my car, the entire hood of my BMW was covered in bubbles. I contacted the driver and he said, it was not scratched or damaged. I explained to him the condition of the car and he said something must have spilled onto it from the car above and completely dismissed my concerns. I explained to him that this is damage and what is the next step to handle this situation. His response was I don't know. I then asked him if he had seen this before and he said something spilled and I would have to take it to a body shop or a detail shop to see what they can do for me. He then repeated that this car is not scratched . I wonder how he would know that with a layer of dirt on the car. I literally could not drive the car it was so thick. So you're supposed to inspect your car upon receipt, but you can't until it's washed. WHAT? He then proceeded to tell me it's most likely antifreeze or transmission fluid that spilled on your car.Review from Linda E

Upon delivery our SUV looked like the back had been rifled through underneath where the Jack compartment is. It was opened up with pieces sticking out and a white powder spilled in the back seat. Pieces of the Jack were found in the back seat. A picture was broken and indentations made in the backseat. Also looked like someone had gone through our console. Do NOT use them or SGT auto transport who brokered them.Review from Dang N

They were assigned to me via a broker (Montway Auto) and on the day of pick up they call to confirm they are on their way. They never showed, or called back. The next day, they tell me they need to cancel my order and some other order that I never heard of because of truck issues. I told them okay, cancel my order. My broker already confirmed they will look for someone else... But then they tell me should they cancel the other order too? I told them I had no idea what other order they were talking about. I only ordered one. They repeat, should they cancel the order in an entirely different city. I tell them again, I only placed an order for one car to be picked up. They say okay, and repeat, should they cancel the order from the other city? Eventually I just told them yes to get off the phone, but I am now realizing they are canceling some other customers order that they got mixed up with mine. So someone else is in for a headache. So if you happen to get matched up with UZB, hopefully their truck doesn't break down or else you're going to be very confused on what is happening with the service you paid for.Review from Ken N

Dear Publications, UZB EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT FAILED OF SERVICES. - Uzb express send driver to picked up my customer who purchased 2022 Toyota Tundra value $75,000 from dealership. But driver of Uzb express came to picked up 2021 Toyota Tundra value $35,000 with wrong vin number...DO NOT HIRE UZB EXPRESS - Uzb express is not professional auto transportation ....BE-CAREFUL THIS GUY - when Uzb express did some things wrong they don't respond...WATCHING UZB EXPRESS - Uzb express don't obey and don't care business law during owner of Uzb express run business in USA 🇺🇸...STAY OUT THIS BUSINESS respectfully
