    My sister-in-law resides in an assisted living facility called Somerby, in ********* I missed her birthday and wanted to send her my usual orchid. Blossom ****************** popped up first and I called and talked with an agent. She suggested a 2 stalk orchid and I thought that would be perfect and last a long time . She said that was available and it would be delivered. I paiid $138.22 for this. A couple of days later I called my sister to see how she was doing. She told me she was enjoying the Lilies I sent. I told her I was upset that the florist had not sent the Orchids I paid for and contacted an agent at the ******************. She may have been the same one I talked with originally but I'm not sure about that. She told me the Orchids were not available and they sent the Lilies. I told them that they had no right to do that without my knowing about it.. Had I known. I would have gone to another florist that had orchids. They said that I would have to take a picture of the Lilies because they could't tell what they sent which I couldn't believe. It sounded to me,like "bait and switch". They offered me a $5 credit. and I told her I was going to file a complaint with the BBB.. I then said they could keep the $10 delivery cost and $25 to apply against the cost of the Lillies and credit me with the balance of my origibnal cost.. They refused and then offered $15 credit I told her I would accept that amount but still file a Complaint and she withdrew the ***** $15 credit and hung up. I don't think they sealt with me fairly and that they wouldn't do anything fair to rectify their unauthoried action, particularly when the agent suggested the nice orchid. I am still willing to do what I offered but ******* needs to take responsibility for it's unauthorized actions
