I have been going to this dentist since January 2023. I have had very little work completed. I had an absessed tooth that they kept rescheduling my appointment. I was on antibiotics 4 different times. One time I had to go to an urgent clinic because I had a huge knot pop up from the infection. I was on very strong antibiotics. When I went for my next appointment they tried to cancel and I tried to explain I have an autoimmune disease and that's a lot of antibiotics. They always waited until I would get there to cancel. This month 10/2024 they put a filling in. Less than a week later the filling fell out. They do not have a phone they answer so I text for two days to try to get an appointment. When the office manager called me bact. She was very rude and I ask who I could speak to above her. She laughed and said I'm the highest no one is over me. I told her that I was gonna file a complaint due to the unethical treatment. She informed me that if I reported her she would drop me from the program. A clear threat. She made me an appointment for the next day and they had to redo that tooth again. Thursday I was flossing and the tooth broke. I have sent several text and no one is responding. My tooth is now swollen and painful. Now I have to take a day off of work to go to my doctor to get back on antibiotics again. I am not the only patient on TN Care that this has happened to.

The dentist that have seen my children have been fired there have been things paid for by tenncare that has not been done. My daughter still has temporary teeth after 6 months because her permanent caps have been lost. Upon a new dentist taking over I keep having to bring my daughter in to have her Temps reglued back on every week. The dentist was very argumentative that my daughter didn't brush her teeth before the appointment when I watched her he then very rudely says did you watch where every bristle touched because these teeth haven't seen a tooth brush in days. My daughter brushes daily her an 2 of my other kids have a enamel disorder called amelogenesis imperfecta. After us agreeing it's best we go to a different dentist. I requested him to place her tooth back on an we can go he proceeds to go get toothpaste a bowl of warm water an a brush and start a demonstration on my daughter on how we should brush her teeth this place is extremely rude lm Not sure why the prior dentist were fired not sure why my insurance has paid for services that hasn't been done and after today will not be done. Unless something is done insurance will not cover this since it's already paid out. I have never seen a business so unorganized

On November 10th 2020 I picked up my partial from their office. At the time I paid an over payment of over $700 b/c I thought I would be getting more dental services later. Then on March 20 th of 2023 I broke my tooth and tried to schedule an appointment and found out it would be August before anything was available. So on May 22 2023 was the first request for a refund of my overpayment so I could seek treatment elsewhere. The only way to reach them is by text or scheduling can be done on their website. I never received any response to my first request. I made my second text request for refund by text to 865-509-8782 on June 1st 2023and again no response at all. On June 6th 2023 was my third text request with no response. On June 14 I sent another text request but added that it was my 5th request (it was actually my 4th request but I mis spoke and said 5th) and I received a response of "I sent it to the one who deal with finances and have not heard back from them". I responded with "ok thank you ". I have yet to receive my refund. It has been over 5 months and I only got one response and it had no information in it. I just want my refund as I don't want to visit any Dr. Office I can't call. I paid for all services rendered and don't understand what the hold up is. I'm afraid they are looking or an excuse not to give me my refund. I have screen shots of all the above text request if needed. Any help you could provide is appreciated.
