On September 1, 2021, I purchased a motorcycle(TBR7D) with 4 day shipping for $1626. The motorcycle didn't arrive until Sept. 15, 2021. The motorcycle arrived and was damaged. I spoke with *******************, took photos of the damaged product and sent them to ******************* as instructed. On Sept. 16, 2021 the motorcycle was sent back to the company and was received by them on Oct. 7, 2021. On Oct. 11, 2021 a new replacement motorcycle was sent out and received by me on Oct. 15, 2021. During the time period between 9-15-21 and 10-15-21, I had a handful of conversations with ******************* and all the delays involved from the date of purchase (9-1-21) to Oct. 15, 2021. He blamed all the various delays on the ************* truck drivers though out the country that don't know what they are doing. When I received the motorcycle on 10-15-21, there were no instructions on finalizing the assembly of the motorcycle. I contacted ******************* regarding the final assembly of the motorcycle. He wasn't very helpful at all, going off topic continuously, taking about *********************** and guns. I have a friend that has been repairing dirt bikes and motorcycles for ************************************************** with the final assembling of said product. As we are putting the motorcycle together, we notice that it is actually missing some parts. This takes place on 10-22-21 and I inform ******************* about the missing parts and furnish him with the *************** Ill add to this via PFD as Im out of room

    Contact Name and Title: *******************
    Contact Phone: ************
    Contact Email: ******************
************** has been asked to forward his vin number along with the name/address he wants the registration document set to reflect as the registering owner. The past problems ************** has created is to improper final assembly of the unit, then blaming the problems on the unit. He has made threats and demands to our company, the delivering freight company and filed false statements to the attorney general, which resulted in dismissal of his complaint. The cursing and language he has used resulted in all of the opposing parties, including our company, to stop in trying to help him. If he truly want his registration document set, he needs to forward the email information that has been requested.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It is clear that *********************** is dishonest and a liar. In the attached email in which I sent to you in the 1st email and again with this response shows that **************** has had my information since October 22, ******************************************************* the other attachment attached to this response clearly shows **************** lying once again about the date I even purchased the motorcycle on. If he is going to lie about when I purchased the motorcycle and have receipts, he will clearly lie to make his company look good and not get fined for unethical business practices. I should have recorded the phone call when **************** was threatening me to hop on a airplane and show up to my house and teach me a ******* In which was the last contact I've had with ****************. Everything I have provided your office and the attorney generals office have been 100% truth with emails to prove it. Please open and review the attachments because it clearly shows **************** is LYING. The 1st 2 attachments will show I purchased the motorcycle on August 31,2021 not August 23,2021 which he stated in the 4th attachment (1st red flag.) He will lie about purchase dates when all he needed to do is pull the record for correct information. The 3rd attachment on this response will clearly show that **************** has had my information since October 22, ********************************* the title and registration along with my missing parts(list of missing parts in attachment as well.) The 4th attachment will show you his response from the attorney generals office with the wrong dates and *********************** clearly lying again to delay the shipment of my documents by stating he does NOT have my address to send the documents. He has sent two motorcycle to my address, so how does he not have my address to send my documents and missing parts is a complete joke and lie. My lawyer advised me to contact your company to resolve this issue and not to speak with ****************. If **************** refuses to send my documentation, I would like his lawyer information so my lawyer can contact his lawyer and get this resolved immediately.

    Thanks,
    *******************

Our request for the registration information has not been received. If ************** would like his registration document set to be sent email the vin number and name/address of whom he wants the documents to reflect as the registering owner. This request has been sent to him several times over the past 6 months as well as the rebuttal with the ********* ************************* case he filed that was dismissed as well. We can not warranty a product when the customer has assembled incorrectly after assembly support was offered to him through video and walk-thru by telephone. He made false statements to the original carrier that delivered and picked up his first unit. And was offered a fully assembled, custom crated unit and declined, he and his friend was expert mechanic he stated. The damage to the bike occurred due to improper clutch cable routing that pulled wires loose causing engine to shut-off. Send the requested registration information to receive your documents.

    ***Document Attached***
**************** has had all the information needed to send me my documentation since October 22nd, 2021. I have provided an email for the 3rd time now showing he has this information and refused to send me the documents. Also in that same email it shows his response saying he is going to send me the documents and still refuses too. Now it's clear the other files where not open because you would see that **************** has been lying about all of this. Open the file as it will show and prove he has all my information and refuses to send because he is a horseshit business man with zero ethics. Its been 6 months since and he continues to lie and report fraudulent information. I want my documents sent this week or I want his lawyers information.

What email is ************** sending his request too? We have not received any request from **************, our email address is ******************* If he will send the request, as we have been asking for many months, he will receive his registration document set. Everyone that has requested registration documents have received them and we have records to prove this.
If the BBB would like to confirm this with him copying or uploading the request we can complete this.
