            I bought a new set of tired at Tire Discounters in March 2024. Part of the promotion included a free oil change with any set of 4 tires, so I received a coupon for the free oil change.On June 1st, 2024, I went to Tire Discounters for a 1pm appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was guaranteed it would be completed before they closed at 4pm.At 4pm, I hadnt received a call so I called the business. I learned that my tires were rotated but the oil change wasnt completed as my oil pan ripped and would need to be repaired in order to hold oil.When I came to get my car, they informed my that the pan was ripped and the threading on the plug for the pan was damaged. They said both would need to be replaced in order for my lubrication system to function, and tested my oil in front of me to show me it was empty.This was my first red flag as I had driven my 2014 civic to the store with no problem and had had no issues with my oil being low leading up to the appointment.I asked if they drained the oil, and they said no, and stated that it was because of the damage causing a leak.They allowed me to keep my car at the store over the weekend and ordered parts for the repair, which they quoted me over $800 for including labor and tax. I told them I would call Monday morning and not to work on it without my authorization.Monday I called and told them Id be taking the car, I came and got it, put oil in it so it wasnt empty and took it to a repair shop 5 minutes down the road. The technician at the repair shop informed me a couple days later that after inspection and testing he saw no damage whatsoever. He gave me an oil change for $75 and I picked up my vehicle with no problem.I called Tire Discounters the next day and informed them. They instantly told me to come back for a free oil change.I know for a fact they intentionally drained my oil and I suspect they were attempting to scam me into paying for the unnecessary fix they recommended.

            Took my vehicle into Tire discounter for tire censors . When they we're in the of the service they made cut make deep into tire. Try to see if they would fix the two tire they messed up. All they did was deny they did this to tires. I have receipts we're I just wash and did my tires. They're were no cut on issue with tires.I just want tires fixed.
