Reading some of these negative reviews upsets me. None of them are customers how can they give you a negative review if they don’t even own the machine? I have this machine. I’ve had it for 12 years. The eczema cleared up on my wife and daughter in four days once installed. We weren’t drinking the tapwater. We were filtering it, but we were bathing in it.also I realized after a couple of months all the hard water deposits on my faucets in showers were dissolved. When I sold my house, somebody offered me big box to leave the machine behind because it has a lifetime transferable warranty. Only one of its kind in the industry from what I understand. I had ******** out rain soft the other big hitters pricewise, ******** was Lower if not, comparable plus a more superior machine. The only thing ******** gave me a lifetime quote on was their salt tank. Which ******** has a salt program $20 a bag lol the maintenance on the ******** machine when I did, the math was about $85 a month for the rest of my life. Anyway, these pics, see series is the Cadillac of the industry.Review from Larry M

Do not fall for this. Their flyer is misleading and does not have their name on the flyer. Just a phone #. I asked who in the neighborhood had reported an issue and they gave a vague answer. They refused to give me the preliminary results after I asked several times. She (Eileen) continued to push hard for us to allow a stranger to come into our home in the evening hours to take more samples from our kitchen sink. I asked could the additional samples be handled same as the first and that was a no. Again pushing hard for us to allow a stranger into our home. I'll be notifying the HOA. Also - you should have an option for -0- stars or negative stars for situations like this.Review from Kali E

Agree with the comments below that this company is predatory and ignores all signs for no soliciting. I am registered as a no knock, our neighborhood is a no soliciting HOA neighborhood, and I have a no soliciting sign on my door - ALL IGNORED. In addition, one of their employees verbally assaulted me when I pointed out that the neighborhood was no soliciting. I reported it to the company and the VP assured me that they would not be in my neighborhood again. This was 2yrs ago and they continue to come every few months. No one will call me back regarding this concern. I have reported them to Hub Nashville multiple times. I would never do business with a company this shady.Review from Ruth T

They put flyers out that look like they’re with the city and tell you they need somebody to come by to do a test on the water. In all reality they have someone come to sell you a water filter. I've already warned my neighborhood, but they should have to pay a fine to those of us that have specifically asked for this not to happen with a sign. My door AND my HOA clearly states NO SOLICITATION, yet this was ignored. I know their rebuttal is going to be it was advertised on the bottom but how am I supposed to see that in tiny small print. I can't read that without glasses. Your company should rethink its moral compass. This is a predatory company. I think I'll put this in all my cities groups also!! They don't deserve good reviews!Pure Water of Tennessee LLC Response

Thanks for your response, our forms day specifically that we are not with the city and we do test the water at no charge. However, our technicians are not salespeople but can offer a solution to the problem if needed. If someone doesn’t have a whole whole system- you can check out the chemicals people cook and bathe in @ ********************Pure Water of Tennessee LLC Response

Do not trust any company that claims a technician needs to come further test your water, but wont share the test results that made this decision, and then claim there isn't enough information from the sample to determine thus said results. So how do you know a technician needs to come out? It's not a technician, its a sales person. If you truly are trying to help the consumers, just share your "results" and offer transparency.Pure Water of Tennessee LLC Response

Sorry you feel this way but to answer your question the sample you provided is enough to tell us you have hard water and is not treated. Our technician’s do need more water to further test and if there an issue we do offer solutions, however there is no obligation to purchase anything. Please check out all the chemicals in the water that people cook and bathe in * ******************** again sorry for your experience ??Review from Caleb C

They put flyers out that look like they’re with the city and tell you they need somebody to come by to do a test on the water. In all reality they have someone come to sell you a water filter. Salesman was a jerk when I told him that I won’t be interested he said he wished he wouldn’t have drove 2 hours. That sounds like a personal problem maybe don’t market like you’re with the city. I know their rebuttal is going to be it was advertised on the bottom but how am I supposed to see that in tiny small print. Your company should rethink its morale companies. I will make sure the rest of neighbors are aware of this predatory company.Review from Brittany T.

A review of companies sales practices & strategy.
I listen to the 2 hour sales pitch, but didn't buy.
In Short:
The company uses high pressure sales tactics, misleading quality tests, emotional arguments (would you give this nasty, dirty water to your 6 week old child?) to pressure you to buy a product that may or may not do what they say. Buy today or its $1600 more after I leave your house.
They sells a single product, heavily represent themselves as ******** (manufacturer), with large logo on a wrinkled polo. ******** has multiple products in addition to this one.
Chris showed up on time and made a very convincing presentation including test tubes, a total dissolved solids test, various chemicals, even a pool chlorine test scale that was used to imply my water contained chlorine somewhere between that of a swimming pool and a hot tub.
A video on can be found by searching for: "Reverse osmosis water purification scam: Hidden camera investigation" that very closely mimics this presentation.
Here is an excerpt from a water expert explaining the test:
"tap water on the right and their water on the left, their water is purified by reverse osmosis which removes everything including minerals and that's the trick. A reverse osmosis system like this removes those minerals from the water so now there's a slight chemical difference between the two waters. Ours with the minerals theirs without. Dan says it's an interaction between their drops and the minerals in the water that is causing the cloudiness. They've used a little bit of chemical trickery to make it appear that there are these hidden contaminants in tap water and that's simply not the case. These are essential nutrients in our diet these minerals and all this test proves is that our water contains these minerals. That's right, the test proves nothing about water quality."
Chris' response "in 11 years I've been doing this nobody's ever asked to taste the water".
Buyer Beware. It's expensive, be informed!Review from Connie L.
