Had work done on our house a year ago and now one of the areas they worked on isn't holding up and said we would have a lifetime warranty. I call to get them to come fix and they are permanently closed and so now they won't be able to come fix the work they did is now failing. Very frustrated with this. Waited for the last pier to be scheduled since 26 January 2023 and called to find out no phones and are permanently closed. What a deal. No warranty and no finishing the job on my house. Checked my warranty and it also listed Concho Valley Foundation Repair and the person I talked to stated that she has worked there for 10 years and they were not associated with Abilene foundation Repair since she has been there. So now I have to get with another foundation company. Hope their character is more professional than Abilene Foundation Repair before they took off.Review from Katherine M.

Poor customer service. NO follow up, NO phone calls returned. I see ads on TV wanting new customers and I wonder why/how they have time for anyone new when they have NO time to follow up with me. Katherine Merchant

The customer has been on our warranty schedule since the property was evaluated by our field tech in 2021. We are making every effort to process through these as quickly as possible while still maintaining our work quality standards.
The customer called our office to inquire about the status of her warranty on 3-3-22 which prompted a return call from the Operations Manager the following day. There was no option to leave a voice mail during this return call. On 3-15-22 the customer called again to inquire about the status of her warranty. The operations manager called when he returned to the office on 3-15 and again on 3-16. The result was no answer. On 3-21-22 the Operations Manager called twice during morning hours leaving one message and called once in the pm hours again leaving a message requesting a return call. On 3-22-22 the customer returned the call. The Operations Manager communicated the intent to have a crew perform the warranty on 3-28-22

A call from ******* came quickly, along with a date for service from them. The men who work for them arrived on time and did the work to my satisfaction. Thank you for your part in this and thanks to Abilene Foundation for its response. Katherine Merchant
