  I took my wedding dress into get altered along with another small dress on October 12th 2023, the owner said she could do it and it would cost $274.99 to do it. It seemed pretty expensive but I was in a hurry due to the fact the shipping took longer than expected, which I had bought the dress elsewhere. I picked it up on November 7th, 2023 and neither dress was altered, I took it to someone else who alteres dresses and she told me that nothing had been altered, there were no new stitches nothing was done.

  "A Customer by the name of ****** ******, brought a Wedding dress and jumper shorts for alteration on October 12,2023.  We pinned the Wedding dress and jumper shorts up by how she wanted both items altered. The Wedding dress is an A-Line Cut, which she wanted the strap to be brought up, sides to be brought in from the waist to the floor, slit brought up higher, along with a back hook to be added. The project on this type of dress is very difficult to work with it being a three layer dress. After we agreed on what needed to be done I told her pricing for both items and for the amount of work needed in a short period of time that it would cost $245 before tax. With tax and credit card fees the total came out to be $274.99.  

  She came in on November 7th, to pick up the dress. I also had the customer try on the dress before she left and everything was fine.  

  A few days later on November 11, the customer called and stated her dress was not done.  I asked her to bring the dress back so we could fix the issue for her. She said I would not have time to fix the dress in time. I would have gone out of my way and rushed  to fix her problem in due time for her wedding. The Customer stated that she took it somewhere else and they told her that the dress was never altered or worked on. The work I offer is done diligently on any item you bring in to where you can't tell there has been any work done."
