    Total lack of response to numerous phone calls and emails to questions regarding our pending travels. When we do get someone to answer the phone we cannot get any satisfaction from that person just excuses as to why we have not gotten a response. Pending travel has since been cancelled and we no longer wish to be a part of this company that cannot or refuses to follow up with their membership.

    Your request was forwarded to Clear Travel Services.  Blue Vida Travel did not process your membership.  I was able to offer your cruise at a substantially discounted rate and per your request the sailing was cancelled.  Please follow up with Clear Travel Services for refund.  Blue Vida Travel was one of the fulfillment centers assisting the members of Clear Travel.  As soon as you requested the Holland America cruise, I was able to confirm the sailing with a large discount.  I am sorry that you do not feel the service or savings were beneficial.

    I am rejecting this response because:   The response stating as soon she received our request she responded with a discount is incorrect as when she informed us that she was taking over handling of this matter she then proceeded to leave for over a week before we even heard back from her.  Notifying us that we would hear from her within the next couple of days and then waiting over a week before she even sent us a price and the response was not what we had requested.  Our initial request started on August 2nd and we did not hear anything from anyone for almost two weeks.  The fact that there is no follow up does not show their willingness or support to take care of their members.  We did not dispute the savings just the lack of support and willingness to respond to emails or phone calls at all

    Unfortunately, it took longer than expected to transfer the reservation and apply the discount.  In addition, we have certainly felt some growing pains providing service for Clear Travel Service members.  Additional reservation agents have been added for faster turnaround time however, my only interaction with you has been the Holland America cruise.  The reservation agents in my office have not had any additional interaction with you or Poppy.  Please feel free to contact me directly and I will be happy to speak with you.

    I have referred your account to Clear **********************.  Blue Vida Travel is a fulfillment service for Clear Travel and we book discounted cruises and vacations.  Blue Vida Travel does not have any ability to issue a refund or change your contract with Clear Travel.  I have requested that a member of the executive team at Clear Travel contact you.

    To whom it may concern; My wife & I were solicited by mail (see attached letter) to attend a travel & cruise showcase in ********* *****, Fl. by *** Vacations. We attended on April 28, 2023. (and regrettably considered paying them $6000 for their discount travel package.) They assured us from the initial letter of solicitation (attached) & on the phone & at the meeting that we would receive a complimentary cruise for two., simply for attending. We were provided paperwork (attached) to receive our cruise, if we sent $75 and on May 10, 2023, we mailed a check #**** from our ******* Bank account to BVT Promotions in ******* Texas. After 3 months with no response, on Sept. 3, 2023, I sent an email (attached) to BVT Promotions requesting a refund by Sept. 18th. There has been no response and no refund.

    The *** Promotions Program has limited sailings.  I am sorry that an acceptable sailing was not found.  Your $75 refund has been mailed.

    In February 2023 I attended a seminar, for attending I was gifted a voucher for a free cruise. I made a $75.00 payment (BVT cashed within days) which was required to activate the cruise voucher. Once a cruise is booked, I am required to pay for port charges and taxes.There has been minimal response from BVT. I contacted the hotel where I attended the seminar, and they would not offer any assistance. Below is a list of my communication attempts and have yet to get any resolution/ book a trip from BVT.Initial Email from BVT ********************, Mar 27, 5:02?PM / I responded Mon, Mar 27, 5:55?PM Mon, Apr 27 and Mon, Apr 10 and Mon, Apr 17 I called and left messages Fri, May 5, 2:49?PM I emailed / Fri, May 5, 4:49 PM BVT responded via email Mon, May 8 and Thu, May 11 and May 20 and Mon, May 22 - I emailed for an update, no response received This lack of communication is not acceptable. They were quick to cash the $75 check but scheduling a cruise has been a headache.

    Received a travel voucher for BVT Promotions for a free seven day cruise for attending a vacation club presentation. Mailed them a $75.00 activation fee; upon receipt I was to receive a registration package. On May 5th received an email confirming receipt of my check with questions as to cruise preferences which I answered. When I did not receive my registration package I subsequently left two phone messages and three emails requesting information. As of today I have not received a response, If a company does not have the courtesy to respond to a customers request I no longer want to deal with this company. My first request would be to be notified by BVT Promotions as to status of my registration package; if they fail to do so I would expect them to return my $75.00 fee

    BVT will be happy to send a refund of $75.  We are sorry the Royal Caribbean sailing on March 28, **** offered to ****************** on May 23, 2023 was not accepted.  We have not received any correspondence or messages regarding the cruise offered.  Our notes reflect ****************** wanted an NCL cruise and unfortunately, we are not offering NCL on this promotion for ****.

    I never received an offer from PVT on May 23rd either by mail or email. I would be more than happy to review this offer and if it meets my schedule and conditions of the promotional offer I would be be happy to accept.     On March 14, 2023 we attended a Travel and Cruise Showcase seminar sponsored by RSI vacations held at the Northpoint Marriott in ***************, **. We decided not to join the vacation club and following the presentation we were given a voucher for a free seven night cruise for two, and the voucher stated that we were only required to pay the port charges and taxes. The travel voucher stated that we were required to pay a $75.00 registration to BVT Promotion to start the reservation process for our free seven night cruise. We mailed our check out to BVT Promotion on March 15, 2023 and the check was received and cashed immediately. On March 23, 2023, we received an email from ***************************** from BVT Promotion confirming receipt of our $75.00 activation fee with a request for departure port and prefer days of cruise, 3, 5, or 7 days (even tough voucher had stated 7 night cruise). We emailed her back immediately on March 23, 2023 giving her our port of departure being ***************, **. Several weeks went by without any update from ********, so we began emailing her on April 17, 2023, on April 18, 2023, on April 24, 2023, on May 4, 2023. All without any reply from BVT Promotion. Along with the emails, we called the number from her email ************ numerous times and left a message requesting a recall for update. Again, no return calls from ********. Visited your website and called the number there and also no reply to our request concerning what is happening there at BVT. Today, May 24, 2023, we reached out to the call center who arrange these travels seminars and we're told that the issue is with BVT and the voucher since we paid our $75.00 to BVT. This refusal to return either emails or phone calls appears to be a deliberate fraud and scam, ** good faith we sent your company the requested reservation fees based upon your voucher details. Now we can not get any assistance or communication for resolution of any type. Very shameful and unprofessional.

    Dear BBB,

    Concerning my complaint #********

    It has been over two weeks since this company, Blue Vida Travel, emailed (May 25, 2023) that they were sending my refund of $75.00 for resolution. To date (June 5, 2023), no refund has been returned and once again the company is not replying to any emails or phone calls from me concerning this matter.

    On Feb 18, 2023 we attended a Travel and Tourism seminar sponsored by RSI vacations at the ********* in North Naples FL. We listened to the presentation and decided not join the RSI club. We were given a voucher for a free 7 night cruise, and we were only required to pay the port charges and taxes. We got home and read over the voucher, it stated we needed to mail in a $75.00 payment to register the voucher. We mailed the check to BVT promotions and it was cashed within days. We did not hear anything from them for weeks. There was no phone number for us to contact, we found their website and submitted a request online. Several days later I received an email back stating they received the registration and were working on the cruise options. Several weeks later (after I sent multiple emails requesting an update) they sent me 1 option and stated the fee would be $598.00 for the 2 of us. I looked up the cruise they were offering and the port charges and taxes for the 2 of us were less than half of that amount. We notified them that the dates they sent would not work for us. That was several weeks ago and we still have not heard anything back. We have tried contacting ****** Vacations and the hotel where the seminar was held - we have not been able to get any assistance or resolution to this. We spoke with Bill, the hotel manager, he said would help in any way he could, we did not hear anything back from him. We called a second time and he has yet to return our phone call.

    A refund of $75 has been sent.  Unfortunately, the trip is promotional with limited dates of travel.  The port fees, taxes and NCCF’s are listed on the terms and conditions of the promotional certificate.
