Purchased and had a vehicle delivered. FELL APART IN 20 minutes. The car was driven straight to the gas station. ******* FALLS OFF RIPPING OFF BUMPER AND DESTROYING BOTH. I am very lucky it happened at a gas station and not on the freeway or anywhere else I wouldve been driving my family or had the potential to hurt other people on the road. Vehicle was towed to local **** Dealership where several mechanics were dumbfounded to find there were other bolts and fasteners missing / not attached. Called AutoPark Dallas and could not get management to call me back despite promises to set up a phone call. Was told Mondays were usually busy. Its now been 2 weeks.Despite however they respond to this review, know it will probably be a crafted smoke show. We all know how these type of salesmen operate. I have pictures with a timestamp. And did nothing to ruin the integrity of the car in 20 minutes driving to the nearest gas station. Vehicle was not delivered with the understanding that assembly would be required in order to operate. In my opinion - and any other logical buyers opinion - these dudes are unethical businessmen and could care less about their products, customers, or customer retention.Go look at their Yelp reviews to see their history to prove my point. Despite however they may respond, the proof is in the pudding. Im sure they would love to blame their customers for delivering a faulty product. Go check out pictures and reviews on Yelp for proof of what kind of business they seem to consistently conduct.Autopark Dallas Response

We sincerely apologize for the experience youve had with your recent purchase. At AutoPark Dallas, customer safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take every feedback seriously. We thoroughly inspect all vehicles before delivery, ensuring they meet strict safety standards. Its concerning to hear about the issues you experienced, and we genuinely want to help resolve this situation. However, its important to note that bumpers and other parts do not simply fall off without external force or damage, and factors occurring post-delivery, such as mishandling or impact, can contribute to these issues. Damaging your own vehicle cannot be attributed to us, as our vehicles are delivered fully assembled and ************** love to understand more about what happened and investigate fully to see how we can assist further. Please reach out to us directly so we can work towards a resolution.Sincerely,AutoPark Dallas Management TeamReview from Alex R

Bad business conduct We are a company sourcing, purchasing and transporting customer bespoke vehicles. In this case, our customer is a car dealership, seeking to source and buy a certain sportscar for a client of his, who ordered this vehicle. We found the above vehicle with Autopark Dallas, negotiated a price with the salesman ***, exchanged a couple of emails and received their Purchase Agreement. The PA was duly signed and stamped by our customer ("the buyer") and returned to ********************, together with the request for bank details for the wire transfer. The first bank details given were not sufficient to carry out the wire transfer, so we asked for more comprehensive bank details. This information never came. Despite a longer wait time, despite numerous kind reminders by email, phone calls we made and messages we left, Autopark Dallas never bothered to respond. We are stuck now with costs and missed profit for a sale that never materialized and an unhappy customer. Our customer, the dealership, in turn is stuck with missed profit for a sale that willl never materialize and their unhappy client. This business conduct is a bad way of NOT honoring agreements made, not standing behind a written offer and signed Purchase Agreement and scaring away trustfull clients.Autopark Dallas Response

Dear ****, we appreciate your engagement and efforts in the dialogue about the Dodge Viper. We understand the importance of prompt communication and addressed your inquiries swiftly. However, the nature of our business requires us to prioritize transactions efficiently. While we empathize with any frustration, we believe the negative review is unwarranted. If you reconsider, we'd be delighted to offer you priority on the next Viper in your preferred price range before listing it for sale.Review from Josh F

ATTN: BUYER BEWARE!!30 days ago I traded a pick up truck in on what we thought was a good Cadillac Escalade at AutoPark Dallas. We were sold an absolute total LEMON!! I am a disabled combat veteran with limited working abilities due to my injuries, sustained in ***********. My wife is eight months pregnant with our first child so we needed a little bit bigger car to have the room for a family. We had a beautiful pick up that we traded in that unfortunately just wasnt big enough for a growing family. We now realize we should have never EVER done business with this place and kept our truck. 10 days into having the Escalade I was broke down TWICE! didnt even have 600 miles on it before all the issues. 437 of which were my drive home from Dallas to ********. I kept being assured by the salesman, *** and the ******************* that they would help me and take care of what was going on. They never did a single thing to help. it was nothing but empty words and empty promises. The ** even texted me and promised he would help me out. (Posted pictures on ****** to prove it) When I went to get the vehicle safety inspected so I could get it registered, I had it inspected at a shop in my home ***************** that I have used for years with never an issue from them. it would not even pass a safety inspection. The ENTIRE front suspension would not pass. Upper control arms, ************** ball joints, you name it it was shot! The car also had leaking oil cooler lines, and three different leaking power steering lines. Plus a rusted out power steering pump that was leaking. It gets better. I was told by the salesman when we went on a test drive that the vehicle was purchased through a luxury **************. When I got the title in the mail, three weeks after purchase and multiple breakdowns they bought it from. *******!!Like any salesman they will lie just to get the money. Every single thing we were told about this car ended up being a big fat lie. Bottom line. They sell LEMONS!!!Autopark Dallas Response

We are sorry to hear about the difficulties youve experienced with your ******** Escalade. At AutoPark Dallas, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and its concerning to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. Its important to note that the vehicle you purchased is over 10 years old, and while we perform inspections and disclose the vehicles condition upfront, older vehicles can sometimes require additional maintenance and repairs that may not be immediately apparent. We understand that unexpected issues can be frustrating, especially when dealing with an older, high-mileage vehicle. Unfortunately, the wear and tear associated with a vehicle of this age can contribute to problems that are not always foreseeable at the time of purchase. We are committed to transparency and make every effort to provide accurate information regarding the history and condition of our vehicles, including where they were sourced. We encourage all our customers to conduct their own inspections and ask any questions before finalizing their purchase. We regret that you feel our communication fell short of your expectations, and we apologize if you feel we didnt meet the level of service you deserved. We are here to help address your concerns and encourage you to contact us directly so we can explore how we might assist you further.Sincerely,AutoPark Dallas Management Team
