My order still hasnt shipped since I ordered 2 weeks ago and I cant get an update from the business. Ive tried to contact the shop through the website contact us, direct email, and phone calls. Someone answered the phone last Wednesday and said theyd call me back with an update and never did. I called again today and left a message since nobody answered.Customer response

I purchased an *** ******* autographed framed jersey on 10/23/24 for $699.99. I reached out on 10/25 to see when it will ship with no response. I finally received a note from them on 10/29 that my order is on it's way. When I clicked on the *** tracking number the *** website states, "*** doesn't have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. I reached out again a couple days after I received the email and got no response. I emailed again on 11/2 with no response and I called on 11/6 with no response. I've never encountered a notification where the *** doesn't have a package for over a week and with all the BBB complaints I'm concerned I'll never receive this order.Business response

We assigned the tracking number to the order. We had to get it framed and ready for this customer. item was recently picked up from the framer. We saw a missed call from the customer on 11/06/2024. Conacted the customer back on 11/06/2024 left a voicemail at 4:36pm. Contacted customer again on 11/06/2024 and left another voicemail at 5:12pm. Item has been packaged up and will be scanned on Thursday 11/07/2024 and should arrive to customer by 11/11/2024. Customer has not contacted back after 2 messages have been leftCustomer response

I am happy to remove this complaint once I get a shipping notification. I did receive two calls from them so there is effort however, I don't understand why they don't specify on their website that this item is not framed and will require framing therefore it will take two plus weeks before it ships. This would have been very helpful and I would not have complained about their service. More email communication would also help. They never responded to the 3-5 emails I sent. They definitely get emails as they received the BBB complaint.Business response

I won an auction from signature sports back on Dec 10 2022 listing ******** and order * *******. I have been contacting them for months. I have talked to one lady a couple times and keeps telling me she’ll will look into it and get back to me, I have not heard anything from them. It’s April and I still have not got my item or an offer for refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.Customer response

I won two jersey through the auction site. A ************************* Wisconsin jersey and a ********************* jersey. I was told that items would be shipped within 10 days of winning the auction. When I called the first time I was told by ****** that the company was shipping them to ** so they could be shipped. When I called the 2nd and 3rd times she took my address and said she would follow up. It has now been over ***************************************************************************** addition the company s no longer returning my calls. I want to believe this is a legit operation as the ***************** have endorsed this vendor but I am beginning to believe that I have been scammed out of $170 at this point.Business response

This company runs auctions on the saints app. I have bid on and won several thousands of dollars worth or memorabilia. I have contacted them by email and telephone. They keep saying my memorabilia is being shipped. However, I've received no confirmation. First auctions ending on November 1, 2022. They said items ship 1-5 days after purchase.Business response

Customer had 2 shipments coming from our company. One package was delivered on 11/25/2022, customer did not send an email until 11/29/22. The 2nd package shipment was lost by UPS, they have opened an investigation and we have no new information as of 01/03/2022. We have reshipped the items to the customer even though the investigation is still ongoing with UPS and we are hoping to have a resolution on that end. My husband and I bid on three items advertised from signature sports marketing and won. They called and got our credit card information and charged the card $1400 which was the amount we had bid in total. We were supposed to be notified of a shipping and provided tracking info on the packages weeks ago and now, it's like they have dropped off the face of the earth and nobody will return our phone calls or update us with tracking information as promised.Business response

Customer was advised that everything is custom framed and would receive a confirmation when the items would ship. She was advised the framer was waiting on materials to complete her order and when did communicate this with the customer. Her husband was more than understanding when we spoke to him. September of 2021 I placed a bid for a Picture of Oklahoma State entering the field with fog and an American flag. I received a call saying it would be shipped within 10 days. We also sent the customer an email asking him to contact our office so that we could resolve his issue with him. We have not heard back from him on either correspondence. Won a bid on a John starks signed picture frame and on Feb 24th they called and got payment from me with no tracking number or any information emailed to me. Told me it would ship in 7 to 10 business days and here it is 2 days from April and still nothing. I won the bid at the oklahoma state campus thinking it was legit. I've left review after review and after a number of phone calls I finally had a lady call me back named Amber telling me it was shipping and would send me the tracking number. I've asked about 10 times for a number and haven't got it. I've even called, since Feb about 25 times and left message after message. I can't get my 200 back from out bank I'm just wanting the framed picture. Today I had to call her and ask where the frame would be and she said it was delivered this past Friday at 11am on my front porch, I was there at home and I got nothing on my porch. I'm not wanting anything extra just my frame. If u go back and look at the reviews alot of other people have had the same problem. ANY HELP WOUKD BE GREATBusiness response

According to our records it shows that the item was delivered on Friday March 25th and left on the customers front porch it is beyond our control once the package leaves our warehouse and we are unable to prevent people from walking up to the front porch and taking something that does NOT belong to them. Once I spoke to the customer I offered to get another picture shipped out ASAP and the customer asked for a refund. I processed the refund immediately as he requested. At no point did I lie to him about it being delivered. The UPS tracking number shows that it was delivered on the above mentioned date @ 11:08AM
