    The current manager (KARIGAN NORTHAM) at this Allen location fabricated my notes on my profile, she lied on my account saying I'm a no show no call , I've had missed payments and that I reschedule too many times which she said is an inconceivable to her waxers ... I've rescheduled 2x recently at least hours or a day when my appt was to be ,not one waxer has complained about me . Nor has one gsa put me as a no call no show ... which I never did. And all of sudden now I'm restricted (from this location and 5 other locations ) when we never had a problem in the past . The current manager is being very childish bc when I asked to resolve this problem she continued to hang up in my face . And ducked and dodged me which I do not appreciate . I do have facts to prove what she's been doing to my account is false as well. This behavior from this manger is very unacceptable , mischievous, and extremely petty ! I also see the NEXT day karigan ,took upon herself to make an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my card with my wax passes that I currently have through EWC ( which I NEVER. Had multiple missed payments at all).I have 2 cards on my profile for a reason ,she did not handle this as if she was speaking to a client which is very unprofessional . She did not call and ask if it was ok to switch cards nor send me an email regarding it. , on Friday when she hung up in my face 3x , I came to the wax center to confront her about these false notes on my account . She ignored me again . Not trying to resolve the issue . Not sure what her personal vendetta is against me .. but I am not for it! ..I've tried reaching out to corporate multiple times and no one got back to and it's been almost over 2 weeks , I do have waxer info to be provided as well as images I will insert below to show her odd behavior . I do have a bank statement as well showing she pulled the money from my account before asking me .

We understand that you would like only to communicate with our corporate office regarding your experience and we do appreciate you sharing your feedback, however, as Allen is a franchised location, guest concerns handled on a center level. However, we do want to make sure your concerns are addressed accordingly, so what we will do for you now is reach out to Upper Management and see that you are contacted as promptly as possible. Thank you, Corporate Guest Relations Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Since I submitted this report to the BBB , I've gotten in contact with the Fort Worth manager devin she said she would forward my concerns to Guston , since he would be better to assist my complaint , I'm still waiting on my bank to clear the dispute, that karigan charged my card from one of my wax passes WITHOUT my permission. My issue has seems to have been brushed under a rug and I won't stand for it, it gives me discriminatory feelings as well. So this response is not professional in regards to how many other emails I've already sent to the corporate email and I've only gotten the same response which is the same one they just submitted over.
