Laurie ********** clearly cares about her clients. She provides excellent communication with regular updates throughout the home acquisition process. Laurie walks her clients though every aspect of the loan process, leaving few questions for her clients and colleagues. Thank you Laurie for being an awesome person and standing by our buyer client's side to the end. This transaction was less simple than most with a few curveballs from the seller side and extensions, many lenders may have given up, but Laurie is solution oriented and made sure our client remained viable to the closing table. My wife, ****, and I have bought and sold many a home during my 27 years of military service as well as an additional 5 years of federal service. Good fortune led me to Johnny *******. Johnny ******* and his skilled team were far and away the most knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous people we have worked with. Cay ***** at Highlands Residential Mortgage in Colorado is the best loan officer I have ever known. Her level of customer service and communication is difficult to find these days. As a busy real estate agent, I need a lender that will care for my clients as much as I do. I recommend Cay to all of my buyers. If they aren’t ready to buy a home yet, she works with them to improve their credit and qualify for the best loan possible, even if it takes a year or so. I know that all my buyer transactions will close with ease, with happy buyers at the closing table. Rates are great, their appraiser pool is easy to work with, her loan processors and staff are all top notch. I’ve been working with Cay for over 20 years, and we have closed 400+ buyer transactions together, and I wouldn’t trust the buyer half of my business to anyone else. She will also keep in touch with all of her borrowers and if she can refinance them and save them money, she will reach out to them. Cay will build relationships with her borrowers, not just find them a loan!Review from Larry T

Absolutely outstanding service! Rick and Andy provided excellent guidance, timely notification and superior service in assisting me in the successful conclusion of procuring the perquisite financing and loan approval for my new home. As a veteran I am accustomed to support, single-minded focus, teamwork and dedication to accomplishing the mission regardless to the obstacles, difficulty or challenges that may place one in harm's way.... I never could have ever imagined that you could find these similar characteristics within a for profit conglomerate in the civilian sector. Well, I was wrong Highlands Residential Mortage Team facilitating my loan lead by team leader, Rick Oaks far exceeded my expectation, opinion and provided an excellent beacon and professional example in pointing the way to great servie in hearing the final words of every operational period i.e. Mission Accomplished!Review from Michael S
