    I had previously done business with this company as I am a patient however on her about March 1, 2023 I canceled with the company because I was unsatisfied with the service I was receiving on March 2. I received a bill from this company and on March 3 without my permission, they used credit card information that I gave to them from a previous bill to charge my account without my permission And I specifically was waiting till the middle of the month till I got my Social Security check, but they went ahead without my permission and took money out of my account use my banking information and then claiming I gave them permission in which I never signed a piece of paper ever with that company, authorizing them to take any money out of my account ever I think they are a bunch of thieves, and they are just money hungry the service sucks and that’s all I have to say.

    We are very sorry to hear your concerns and would like to address them. On Jan 30, 2023, you agreed to giving your credit card information to pay for services. Since then, you have been billed for services every two weeks and the charge to your credit card has been completed 1-3 days after emailing you the bill. On each bill, it states, payment is due upon receipt and in your case, it also says you do not have to send payment as we have your information on file. All of this was discussed with you on Jan 30, 2023, as a part of the agreement to have our services. Until this last payment, everything has been running according to policy. To address the concerns of being unsatisfied with care, our team has many years of experience caring for seniors ,and we are sorry that you don't feel like you got excellent care. Part of our process is to match each client to a caregiver. However, due to your continual cancelling of shifts, it was challenging for us to find the right fit. We try to have a consistent schedule for our caregivers and clients to make sure both are happy. While we wanted to schedule the caregiver you requested with you, we had to prioritize her to other clients because of your cancellations. Since this time, the managers you have spoken to have all been threatened, called horrible names, and the police were called. When I tried calling you, you picked up the phone, then hung up on me. I immediately returned the call, and I was sent a voicemail. I left a voicemail to address your concerns and never received a call back. We take immense pride and ownership when caring for our elderly and we want to ensure everyone's safety and satisfaction. In addition to your happiness, we strive to take great care of our caregivers as well.  We are happy to address any other concerns you may have. Thank you for your feedback.

    I’m still reading your response where you stated, and I quote since this time the managers plural have been threatened and called horrible names Police were called. I am absolutely flabbergasted reading this outrageous lie as I have never ever threatened anybody any of your managers at any time ever since I’ve been in contact with your company, so help me God I have also never ever called any of them names where are you were getting this information from is nothing but an absolute lie either you’re lying or your manager is a lying because I never ever threatened anybody I never ever called anybody any horrible names that is just a figment of your imagination, and now I am demanding an apology with regard to that
