    I made an online purchase at NeoSabers.com on Friday, April 5, 2024 for a Neosaber XRGB 3.0 Lightsaber kit. My order number is *****. Since that time, I reached out to them multiple times via email at ****************************** initially to find out when I could expect my order, as typically most online retailers contact their customers through email or text to let them know when an order has shipped and provide tracking information. That didn’t happen. When I received my order on Thursday, April 11, 2024, I carefully opened it up, did not find any packing slip, items list, or assembly instructions or operation manual or instructions. I called these phone numbers: ************ and ************ multiple times but never spoke to a live person. The 707 number was always busy and the 516 number is an internet “Google” phone number, so I left multiple messages. At this point I plan to return the kit, two separate boxes and would expect a full refund of $249 less a $20 restock fee for a total return of $229, within 7 to 10 business days. I have concerns as well that this may be an online scam due to the poor nature of the booklet included. No parts were labeled or numbered, no response via the telephone and minimal responses via email.

    The scabbards purchased were not inspected by the manufacturer causing damage to my neo pixel blades. Reported immediately to the seller in a timely manner, and they keep shifting the blame to the customer. They made a contractual agreement to fix the issue, however they keep stalling with the information they already have been provided with. This has been going on since May 2023 until current. Replacement of the damaged neo pixel blades. And replacement of the 2 scabbards purchased required. Must be free of defects and burrs inside of scabbard.

    This is NEO Sabers, We are writing in response to the complaint files by Mr. ********.

    He ordered only 2 scabbards from us which caused a little damage to his blades. to resolve this issue we sent the 2 blades and 2 scabbards replacements immediately to resolve his issue.

    Later he wished to return the items, for which we agreed and offered him that we will refund him the shipping fee along with the order amount once the package is delivered. Please note that he kept the 2 blades and 2 replacement scabbards with him and only wish to return the originally ordered scabbards. 

    As we care for our customers satisfaction, we totally agreed to this too so that the issue can be resolved.
