December 21, 2022 Mustang Plumbers was contacted to fix a leak in the wall behind bathtub. Because on the other side of wall we had a wet spot in our carpet. They came over to see what parts they needed the same day. Was contacted and was told they needed to replace the manifold and it cost 168 dollars for this one part so I told them lets get it fixed. They came next day replaced manifold but left faucet crooked and water came out of shower when filling tub. Called back and was told it would be after the 25th before getting back to us. They had charged us $1375.00 For the next 5 days we laid down towels to try to dry out the wet carpet. Called mustang everyday after 25th. But never came. Called another plumber on the 28th and was told the leak was improperly fixed and was still leaking and faucet wasnt properly installed. His charge was $494.92. Please help me and others using Mustang plumbing. I feel like I have been robbed.

Plumber came out explained we had a broken pipe in the foundation of the house charged $1,683 to start work. There was no broken pipe. They snaked the line and found the clog. They were there approximately 1 hour 20 min. I was told a refund for time labor and parts would be sent as a check. They charged $104 to insure the work for a year. Talked with the owner she agreed to refund $275 plus the 104. Now nothing. Won't return calls and never got a check she says they sent. I disputed the charge with my credit card company to no avail. $1680 for a 30 minute snake it extremely out of the ordinary. There was no broken pipe. They didn't do work and I never got a breakdown on the snake of 1 pipe.
