            I purchased an Aloha 60" left drain rectangular alcove bone color tub that was installed the week of Thanksgiving 2022. There is a permanent ring around the tub after the first shower. This was from taking a shower, not a bath. I can not remove the stain. We did a partial upgrade of one of our bathrooms. We put in new porcelain tile on the walls around the tub and new ceramic flooring. We purchased the tub from *********** I told them what happened and their response was bring it back and they would give us a refund. That would be too costly, because we have to have the entire wall, at the least, part of the wall removed as well as flooring near the tub. Needless to say I'm very upset and disappointed in the tub. I now have a remodeled bathroom with a permanently dirty tub. Since it appears to be an inferior product, I'm afraid to use anything stronger than comet or Mr ***** ******. My old tub (32 yrs old) look better than the one I'm stuck with. I have been communicating with the company since Jan 2023. They keep telling me that it is a shadow. Why did this shadow show up on this tub and not on my old tub. Where is the shadow coming from? Once the bathroom was completed and we all admired the finish work, why didn't we see a shadow? Numerous emails and pictures have been sent since Jan 2023 with no resolution. I've read other complaints (of discoloration, rust appearing after 2 days of use, cracks and chips). Recently, I've had rust to appear under the bath mat. It is obvious that there is definitely something wrong with the material of your tubs. The only resolution I see for me is, for American Bath Group or **************** to pay for my tub to be replaced. In addition pay for the replacement of any damaged wall tile and damaged flooring that will be damaged due to the removal of the tub. As I have already stated, "There is definitely something wrong with the material of your tubs."
