BUYERS BEWAREthis company has terrible customer service. A crucial box with all of the hardware was not received and despite *** claiming they will replace parts they are refusing to send us what we need to put the bed together. My daughter is sleeping on the floor because they will not resolve this. The product could be fine but I will never know because all I have is stacks of wood and wasted $1000. 0/10, do not recommend.Review from Yvonne M

This company has great customer service. I made a mistake in assembly and messed up some parts. I emailed them and they responded promptly and sent out replacements parts fed ex immediately and I received the parts in 3 days. No added charge. The full over full bunk bed was easy to assemble with 2 people. No missing parts at all.Review from GINA P

Bed arrived with missing hardware. I contacted the company immediately both through Wayfair and the provided email. I explained that I had paid someone to put the bed together, at that time which was now a waste, my daughters old bed had been removed and her room was filled with unsafe bed pieces-so she was sleeping on a mattress in the living room. I requested the pieces be overnighted (they were not large or heavy.) After receiving no response, I posted a negative review-which they promptly requested twice I remove, and sent expedited shipping info that would arrive in 5 days! I requested again that it be overnighted, as the package had not yet been picked up, and received no response. I would have expected overnight shipping and an offer of a discount to make up for the havoc their error is causing my family, but not even an apology.
