PLEASE READ. My daughter paid for seven ******s over four months. She scheduled her last ****** to include 2 hours of driving PLUS using Coastlines vehicle on 30, April 2024. My daughter texted me and said her instructor had to leave her at the *** and needed to use another vehicle because of a scheduling issue one hour before the driving test ONE HOUR I called the company and talked with ***** who immediately started making excuses for the error saying they needed more money for her to continue--total BS. How the heck are you going to tell a young driver one hour before their test that she couldn't use the vehicle? Her instructor **** had said to my daughter that she was going to call her a week prior and let her know but didn't do it. my wife and let my daughter know we would be there and she could use our truck. We pulled up to the *** and found a sweet spot for her to start the test and her driving instructor came up to us and said she failed the test. What and the ...? She didn't even make it out of the parking spot. I said to my daughter we got this don't take it personally we use our vehicle to take the next test. Think about this before using this company it could happen to you. The company called and said they would let my daughter use their car for her next test at no charge. We declined and just wanted the money refunded. NO CALL BACK! As a parent, I would keep your kids away from here in my opinion.

Our team attempted to provide appropriate guidance and support throughout the process including making sure the test did take place even though it was incorrectly booked. We apologize that this was not made clearer to you when you were booking; we understand the confusion. Regarding the *** test, we cannot, nor can any driver training institution, guarantee that students will pass the road test after taking it with a non-Coastline *** tester.
