    I think its important to state that I have purchased from this company many times before and have had no issues. Being that this is a smaller more personal business. Shipping times and delivery did take longer which was fine. The last 2 years with the company have been horrible. My most recent purchase was on August 2. To my surprise, I got to the website hoping to see some sort of update on why shipping for my order was nonexistent. Immediately I got a 404 Error as I clicked the link to the website. As well as finding any and all social media accounts have been taken down. Its safe to say I will not receive any product. Amongst the completion of your purchase, there's a message noting how packages are shipped the SAME DAY of purchase but COVID is causing delays. I think it safe to say we are past COVID shipping delay issues.

    I ordered edge control from her on March 1st 2024. I followed up March 9th via email because normally I would receive a text alert saying it was shipped off and I told her I hadn't received anything and wanted to know if it had been shipped. No response. On March 11 sent a text to the number which I'd received a text from 3/1 saying she received my order and it would be shipped soon. Asking again when will it be shipped because it had been 10 days again no response. I finally received an email and a text from her on April 19th saying she was sorry for the delay and my order will be shipped that following Monday which would have been April 22nd. On May 7th I sent another text asking was there another delay in shipping on April the 22nd since I have yet to receive my order and again no response!! I'm so fed up with this lady at this point I just want everyone to know not to deal with her she obviously doesn't give a **** about her customers and just taking people's money.

    I ordered an edge control on March 30, 2024. I received an email on April 19, 2024, with an update apologizing stating that the pending orders were going to be shipped out on April 22, 2024, and a $5 customer appreciation sale. I received another email on April 22, 2024, that all pending orders were shipping that day. I have not heard back since and it's been over a month. I would like my order and a refund for the inconvenience. After that I will not be ordering anything else from this business.

    This scammer has not responded to anything regarding my order and has not shipped for 6 months!!!!!!! also has commenting blocked on social media so no one can complain. avoid this shady female at all cost!!

    I placed two orders with this company the first one on October 25 and the second one on November 7 (there was a sale). If I wouldve known I wasnt going to receive the product from October 25. I wouldve never placed another order. I have reached out to the merchant via social media with no reply, via email with no reply. The merchant did, however, reply back to my financial institute, when I filed the claim against her to receive a refund but shes never replied back to me. The merchant takes the position that I authorize payments, so I am not *********** a refund. I am not disputing that I authorize the payment because I did authorize the payment. The issue is that I have not received the product. If a consumer pays for goods and does not receive those goods, then they should be *********** a refund. To this day, I have not received my product or any communication about any delays from the merchant.

    Placed an order 11/09 for the products. There has been no updates to the order since the purchase. There has not been any tracking or anything sent out via email. The seller is not responding to posts on social media direct messages and has not emailed back. The seller limits comments on social media posts to avoid backlash from customers. I would like a refund at this point waiting 1 month for a product is unacceptable. At least respond to your customers.

    Said that my item has been shipped on 05/25/2023 but nothing has been shipped. A shipment label was created at **** but they have not received the item yet. It has been 5 days since it says it has been shipped and it has not.

    On May 6th 2023 I placed a order for KishaK Collection Pineapple Edge Control Gel. Shortly after i recieved a follow up email stating my order #********* had been recieved and a follow up email would be sent as soon as order shipped. On May 8th 2023 I recieved a email as well as text alert to my phone ************* stating order # ********* had been shipped via **** however no tracking information was provided in email or text. To date i have not recieved my order. Today I sent a email to address provided on the company website requesting either a credit to choose another product or refund in the total amount of $26.00 to be made 100% whole. Because no phone number was listed on website or any of the correspondence I have been unable to make contact by phone.

    I ordered edge control on 4/10/23, I paid $26.00. I have contacted the business through replying to an email & have not heard back from them or received an update. In the website there is no number or correct email directly to contact. I have ordered in the past & never experienced this problem, usually when it is shipped that day I would receive an email or text. I havent received anything. This has nothing to do with the post office, they have not shipped my order. The order number is **********.
