Just as these other folks as companies have said. Thrive preys on companies while pretending to give them hope.We are out well over ****** and we thank goodness we found out after only 3 months. No new leads and no calls. These folks lie and then lie some more. They don't care about bad reviews because they know there are thousands of people that need help. They will pay someone to respond to this review saying how hard they worked for us. Do not believe a word. No blogs and very little content in 3 months. The first 2 months they didn't even log into our site. They said they were building a plan. There was no plan. They will video chat with you and feed you a bunch of garbage. You wait and then more garbage. Do not use this company. You will be left broke and without hope.

We laid out a clear growth plan with you at the start of our relationship, a plan that you agreed with, and we followed that plan exactly as we said. Less than three months into the contract, you suddenly became impatient and jumped to negative conclusions that werent real. You refused to even get on a call with us to discuss the reality of the situation. We recorded a video explaining in-depth what we had been working on. Once you decided to cancel, we allowed you to end the contract at the end of the month without implementing our 30-day notice period and we didnt hold you to the remaining months on the contract, all despite the fact we were doing good work on your account all along. Great *********** ********************* Thrive Internet Marketing Agency has a stellar reputation and an impressive marketing team, likely with some teams that provide excellent service. We engaged with them for ****** Ads, SEO, and social media advertising services.There is essentially no social media advertising team.The SEO team is almost non-existent.All the reports they sent were incorrect. If you dont know what you're doing, you will be in trouble.They sent the same report five times, but it continued to be wrong each time.Reports are manipulated.They claim we have a 6-month contract and continued to charge us without providing the promised services.Their best skill lies in marketing to lure customers into their firm, taking their money, and then not providing the promised services.I paid close to $30K over three months, losing both the time and the money.Their expertise truly lies in deceiving customers and taking their money.In summary, while their reputation and marketing team might be commendable, our experience with their service delivery was far from satisfactory.

Just at $24,000 down the drain over the course of six months. And meeting after meeting with my account manager when she was promising me that she would do something, and that the search engine Optimizer was doing something, but yet my business was tanking continually. I'm not the one to throw companies under the bus. In fact I went 4 months longer than I thought that I would have trying to get these guys the benefit of the doubt. But in the back of my mind, my gut was telling me that I made the wrong decision. Finally after she sent me a link list saying that these were the link that they had earned for me, but she forgot to take out the column that Illustrated that the first time that the internet had seen those links was prior to my engagement with them, my doubts were confirmed. Like in other words they were claiming that they had earned a lynx, and she would send me that spreadsheet, but she forgot to take out the part that showed that the links had been in existence before I engaged the company. that's the type of shenanigans that I had to deal with. It was like a monthly sinking feeling in my gut every time I had a meeting with that account manager in that search engine Optimizer. Like I just felt completely misled. But wasn't misled was the $5,400 that went out of my account every month, the lack of call volume increase. Because it never increased, that all happened. I even emailed **** The company's president about the situation. And had a long discussion with his subordinate. I was asking for some amount of my money back. Did they offer any? Nope. Not a *****. The only thing they did was give me a discount on one month. I'm just telling you, I absolutely wish I would have never hired this company. Literally I feel so completely ripped off. It's just a horrible feeling. Anyway I would have written all of this if I didn't care about you. Don't hire these guys. There's a lot of other guys out there.

In late September, we did a thorough review of your account and found that we had executed our strategy as planned and helped improve your site load time, core web vitals and keyword rankings for high-value, non-branded terms related to your industry. We then sent you a *****+ word email on Oct. 4 outlining in detail all the work we did on your account. In the email, we included four comprehensive reports that outlined our work/time spent on link building, keyword rankings, SEO and Yext. The comprehensive email listed everything we did between May and August and included a combined 56 bullet points that clearly showed we had a plan in place and were executing it. We told you on a call that based on our findings, we would not issue any refund and we stood by our work. We also encouraged you to review the email and reports we sent you and pushed you to set up another call with us to go over it. SEO is a long-term investment.
