Minutemans technician, ************** was simply awesome. Although I ultimately did not choose them to do my HVAC fan motor repair, he was undoubtedly the most professional and attentive technician that Ive ever had work on my HVAC. ******************* from Minuteman performed routine annual maintenance on my air conditioning system last week. He was efficient and thorough and ahowed me the reaults of hia assessment of my system by photos and performance results as well as recommendations to prolong the life of my unit. Im really impressed with this company! Great communication from making an appointment to meeting the technician (and they send you a picture and small bio, so you know whos going to knock on your door). They also provide a maintenance plan, which covers 2 tune-*** a year and gives you a discount if repairs are needed.: My new technician *********************** was awesome! Very polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained a lot of things about my system. Real professional here! Frank did a thorough inspection of the attic unit, checked freon and outside unit, changed the filter using one I had on hand, and even took the old one to dispose of so I would not have to do so. I have used Minuteman Heating and Air for two years and their plumbing division, *** ******** ******** for many, many years. Frank ***** was sent to tune upy unit. Unfortunately, the unit has outlived it's usefulness and will have to be replaced. He explained everything thoroughly and was very courteous and professional. Minute Man Heating & A/C will continue as my choice for service.Minuteman Heating & Air Response
