We called xteams in to put in underpinning and siding. They rushed in and rushed out and didn't do a good job. Pieces don't match up, goop everywhere hanging out of cracks they left, didn't put the vapor barrier in correctly amongst other things. The $3000 flooring that we installed almost a year prior is cracking, breaking, and the floor is ruined now due to them s******* the top of the siding into the flooring not allowing it to move as it should. There are bows in the floor as well that weren't there previously because we fixed all the bad spots in the flooring before putting the new flooring down. Once we noticed the issue, we asked them to come out and see what was going on, to which they did. They've been very rude and negative saying it's our fault and we had all these problems prior to them doing their work, which we didn't. We've tried to get something done with them instead of trying to hire a lawer or something. They just ****** and call us liars. We've filed a claim with enerbank which is who our loan is through to pay for the repairs. Since enerbank paid xteams and now we're paying enerbank they don't want anything to do with us or the problems that only came about after their work. We have spent a lot of money trying to slowly fix our house up and now this happens. We don't have this kind of money to keep waisting and dealing with rude people. It's also not enerbanks fault, they are just the loan company. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I can send numerous pictures of their crappy work, the floor issues that we've had since, or any other pictures you think might benefit us.

No we haven't heard anymore from them except it wasn't their fault and they weren't fixing anything.
