We hired a contractor to do siding at our home. We have a metal roof and the workers werent careful when walking on it and damaged it. We didnt know they had damaged it until it began to rain and water came into our newly remodeled home and caused damage in 3 different room. So not only was there exterior damage to our roof, but the rain that entered the home because of the roof damage, also caused interior damage.I tried for months and months to resolve this claim with the insurance company but they kept giving me the run around. Initially I was in contact with ****** directly and then Littleton group got involved at some point. I went through 3 different adjusters with one of them actually telling me my claim was in final review and I presumed they meant they were going to pay the claim but nothing was ever paid. And at some point, they just stopped responding via email so I started calling and leaving messages every week for the adjuster, but he never returned any of my calls either. We were never sent a denial of our claim either which makes no sense because either you pay it or you deny it, thats how insurance works.

The digital signature captures the ** address and location and identity of the individual signing the contract. This contract was signed by a confirmed email, at an ** address that was within a few blocks of the registered business address for Spirit Freight 911 LLC. The driver was dispatched to pick up the load for our customer. On December 7th, he picked up the load. We tracked him through his cell phone. On December 8th, our dispatchers were unable to get a hold of him. The cell phone location still showed him as being at the pick-up location. On December 9th, his location continued to ping from the pickup location. Long story short, the load was stolen. The driver disappeared after having picked up the load. As soon as we realized it was stolen, we contacted our customer, the local authorities, insurance companies and the **** We assumed that the insurance company for Spirit Freight 911 LLC (******) would decline covering this theft due to fraud. Our insurance company required us to submit a bunch of documentation including a letter of declination from ******. We've been waiting for this letter of declination for a couple of months and no luck. They do not answer our calls or emails unless we threaten them with lawsuit.
