    1200W MOTION SENSOR LED SOLAR FLOOD LIGHT Ordered from a ad on Restaurant.com, too me to FitGenix. First thing that happens you order I ordered 5, you get a promotion code to order them at another site, one at a time. With the code they are free but then you get jammed with shipping for each one around$8-$9. You think they are shipped separately, but they were all shipped in one box, so five I paid over $35 to ship a small box. Next problem the site shows the size as 114mm (4") wide but not they are 57mm (3.2), the length isn't what they say as well, says they are 370mm (14"), but they are 238mm (9"). The box the light is packed in is only 9". Much smaller than what you expect or what they are on the site, misleading advertising. A lot of misleading information and angles on shipping and promotion codes then jamming you with extra cost. Makes you feel dirty after dealing with this company. I would like a return of half what I paid for each one and shipping and Priority ********************* Protection for all but one. Priority ********************* Protection should be billed once since it was all shipped in the same box. Total I paid for the advertised five $10 lights was 50 that were not what they were suppose to be and the another $39.90 in other charges. Refund me $50 and I'll let this go.

    Order item through restaurant.com specials...ordered item (said nothing about a code being put in at time of order). Item was confirmed order and thought that was it. Later another company fitGenex said in order to get my item I had to redeem my code...they gave me a code in the email....I went to the site....re-ordered the item with a code they provided...got an email saying the item was confirmed and order (for a second time). Told them to send me the item for the amount promised due to using special code or I would report them. Told them not to charge me twice for the same transaction. Not sure if this company is a fraud or what? Been many weeks and still have not gotten my product.

    I am rejecting this response because: that is what they said when I ordered it the first time on February 14th....and then again after the second time in March.... they better not charge me twice for the same order....$14.99 was the special price advertised on Restaurants.com specials page.  Should keep this open until I get my product (heated vest large) and see how they handled the charge card expenses.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received the order but the "heated vest" does not charge/heat up.  Also I ordered a Large size and it is more like a small/med size.  I wrote to the company and asked them to send me a sticker/postage paid to return the defective item and hopefully get another one
    in the XL size (since there items run very small) and hopefully it will resolve the issue. I had to call my **** and have them remove the two extra charges that they put on my card and am working with **** to resolve that issue.  When charges are removed and I get my XL vest that works I will close my case.

    There seems to be some misunderstanding. There should be only one charge of $6.99 from FitGenix, we do not see any other transaction from our end. We would like to inform you that if there are two transactions, then one must be from www.restaurant.com. This is how this process works, customers buy a discount code from www.restaurant.com and pay them the product price. After buying the discount code, the customers have to redeem the codes on www.fitgenix.shop and pay for the shipping there. The two charges that the customer is referring to seems to be one from www.restaurant.com and one from FitGenix.shop. 

    As for the faulty item, we will surely help the customer with the exchange or refund whatever customer would prefer.

    I ordered a ************** Vaccination Card Holder on February 17, 2022. The delivery date was stated to be **** business days. After I did not receive my order, I have contacted Fit Genix twice getting a email stating the order was shipped on February 24, 2022 via Amazon. I have yet to receive my order. After several attempts via email requesting the order be replaced or refunded I keep getting the same email noting "shipped February 24, 2022 from Amazon. The order number is *****
